Amazing! Do the hot air balloon sunrise trip. - We took the sunrise breakfast flight yesterday 21 Jan. The experience was spectacular. Jonathan G, our English pilot, immediately gave us confidence that we were in safe hands given his experience & gravitas (we were all ballooning virgins). The flight was incredible; one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Just beautiful. Even the landing was fun. The organisation by Ciel d’Afrique was perfect, from pick up to drop off & everything in between.

A great morning over Marrakesh! - I had an incredible private one-hour hot air balloon flight with Captain Jonathan. The experience was magical, with stunning views of Morocco’s landscapes and a serene, personalized atmosphere. Captain Jonathan’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the journey both safe and enjoyable. Floating above the world in such tranquility was unforgettable - highly recommend this for a truly unique adventure!

Fantastic Balloon Flight Experience - We were picked up on time from our hotel early in the morning, transported to the balloon flight area, where we had breakfast prior to flight which was very enjoyable in the desert tent. It was such a great view seeing all of the balloons preparing for flight.
The flight experience from start to finish was very well organised and safety was also taken seriously and at no time did we feel uncomfortable, exactly the opposite, so reassured, serene and enjoyable.
The flight was an hour long and the views were unbelievable, so peaceful and calm, Daniel our pilot was very interesting and informative.
The landing was smooth and so well executed, the stripping down of the balloon was also so interesting to see.
We returned to the balloon base tents where we were treated to further breakfast and Moroccan tea. I great addition was the personal flight certificate presented with the details of the flight.
If in Marrakesh it is a must do activity. Can’t explain how good it was. Outstanding.

Incredible experience - Amazing! We came to pick us up near our Pension at 5:40 with a 4x4. Arrived on site we ate a little then the balloon flight at sunrise. It was just amazing, it’s something to do when you come to Morocco.
Descending a good breakfast was waiting for us under the aunts then our driver, very nice (Youssef 1) took us back to the Inn

A definite must do in Morocco - An absolutely stunningly beautiful balloon ride above Morocco.
A definite must do bucket list trip to remember.
Professional staff with excellent equipment. Great commentary from our pilot during the flight in both English and French.

Absolutely avoid - Thieves , absolutely to be avoided.
The flight actually takes 45 minutes.
We arrived around 7:20.
Croissant and mint tea.
They were preparing the Mongols.
We had to see the sunrise in flight but the sun was already up before the departure.
We had an English pilot who did not make the effort to speak to us in French.
We climbed very little altitude because it seemed fun to raze the houses.
Arrival 45 minutes later, 10 minutes drive from where we took off.
In a field..... the disgruntled landowner came to make a clandre, the Mongolian team was dead laughing.
What disrespect.
And the poor gentleman left after a violent argument.
Then, it took 30 minutes for everyone to dismantle the monoliths and loads on the SUV trailers.
Then breakfast is said to be Berber because there are 2 baskets of Moroccan breads and mint tea.
So not at all typical.
Return to the hotel at 10:30.
All for 45 minutes of flight!!!
