Beautiful Day - Amazing Day - I had a wonderful day and I recommend 100% this activity. The day starts at the argan oil cooperative where we are explained the manufacturing process and it is also possible to buy products (without pressure). Thanks to our driver Mustapha D. for guiding us through the Asni market. Afterwards, we started our trek south to the Berber village of Aroumd (1,843m) passing through the hamlets and observing Mount Toubkal, which is the highest peak in Morocco and North Africa. The scenery is amazing and we walk to the waterfalls. The setting and scenery were simply splendid. Mustapha (#2) our guide ensures that everyone is comfortable during the hike and that we can enjoy the landscapes to the fullest! Afterwards, the journey continues until reaching the village of Ait-Suka for lunch in the home of a Berber family. We return to Marrakech at the end of the day. Needs improvement: It would have been interesting to have more information on the Berber way of life. Advice: Have a good physical condition without being an athlete (it is not flat ground!). It is better to wear walking or running shoes, as we sometimes pass over rocks. I had a wonderful day and I 100% recommend this activity. Must do experience - It was a nice trip. The villages were absolutely beautiful. The driver was very polite and good mannered man. The guide Omar was a gem. He helped us a lot. Omar is a good photographer as well. The most memorable part was the resting time on the roof top restaurant.

Incredible mountain experience for a family - The perfect trip with hotel pickup from Mustafa and then Argan oil tour at local women’s collective. Mohammad Salah was the most perfect host for my family on our Imlil and Atlas Mountain tour. He welcomed us and led us on an enjoyable hike as we stopped at breathtaking photo stops and sights to experience. This perfect gentleman then took us to lunch at a Berber establishment which was truly delicious. I would highly recommend this trip for both adults alone and also for families.

Take my breath away - What an amazing day from start to finish. My tour guide Mustapha communicated well the pick up time and was ever so patient with me when going to the cascades in imli. Such an amazing day out with lunch served in Mustaphas home by the family an amazing tajine with fruit mint tea and lots of water. On the way back we stopped off for a camel ride which I loved. Thanks mustapha for looking after me

The Berber Dream - Incredible day with Lhossayn, Abdou and Mohamed! The landscape was magnificent. Mohamed's explanations and the meal in the village immersed us in the Berber atmosphere. Good humor was present throughout the excursion. A little extra for their ability to communicate in French and English. We were treated to a Berber language lesson, and what joy! Great way to experience rural Morocco - My friend and I booked this trip to see the rural area outside Marrakech and didn’t know what to expect. It turned out to be a great day trip for both of us! Our guide Abdul Rahim Didi and driver Hussein were very friendly. They took us to see village Imlil where we learned about local women making oils, soaps and fragrances. Then we continued to village of Aroumd where we did short waterfall hike and eat in the house of local woman. She made us traditional tajine and we all enjoyed the mint tea. Overall very pleasant experience!

A true berber experience with a walk around the village! - Our trip was very nicely hosted by Abdul Rahim Didi. Abdul made sure everyone was comfortable with the hiking and checked on us regularly to give us background about his village. The experience was authentic and our driver, Hussein, drove us safely and brought us back to our hotel. Before we left we went to Abdul's family and his mother had prepared a full Moroccan lunch for us and we enjoyed it in a well decorated dining room. His house was on a semi steep hill and he helped everybody down that required the help. No complaints!

A fantastic full day in spectacular scenery - This day excursion exceeded my expectations. It was a full day. Starting at 9am and arriving back in Marrakech at 6pm. The scenery was stunning. Transport comfortable. The people we shared the minibus with became friends as the day went on. The hike in the mountains was about 5 miles and involved some steep steps. Not suitable for elderly or very unfit but no problem for most. The lunch was an small extra charge but excellent and the location was beautiful. Surrounded by mountain scenery. The final part of the day involved a camel ride and was great fun. Atlas travel is a family run business now into its second generation. They know the area and provide a fantastic day out at really good value. It was the highlight of my stay in Morocco. Thoroughly recommended.
