Transport massage - The transport is great, comfortable, the driving is very relaxing and Mohamed is very nice I highly recommend!

Outstanding Massage! - Not only was this experience excellent value for money but it was also an exceptional massage. A beautiful spa tucked away with very kind, well-mannered staff. Me and my friend weren’t too well versed on what a hammam would entail but we were very open to the experience. I would advise others to research the details of a hammam massage as some parts may not be what people expect. For example, we both wore swimsuits but for the most parts these were down to our hips for the massage to take place, we were more the comfortable with this as privacy and dignity were upheld at all times. The full body exfoliation (black soap scrub) for some may not be pleasant but we both enjoyed it and found it refreshing. The following full body massage was absolutely heavenly and included a facial. Could not fault the staff, the facilities or the afternoon. Would definitely do this again in a heartbeat!

Excellent transfer - Our transfer to the Hammam with Mohamed was very professional and on time. Mohamed was a very safe driver and very pleasant to talk to about Marrakesh. Thank you 🙏

A paradise ! - Great ! I strongly recommend it to everyone! Riahd is beautiful and the girls are very attentive and professional! The driver was very kind, on the way back he dropped us off at Jardim Majorell! For those who want, Riahd also offers accommodation, although I don't know the price!

SCAM - First of all I would like to inform you that this reservation was made in March. We were not warned that the click beautu spa was closed on Wednesday. I discovered it by chance by calling back the day before to check that the little treat for my husband's birthday would take place. After many calls, I was finally confirmed that I will be redirected to the click Riad spa. The place to make an appointment also changes because my riad is supposedly not accessible, which is false. I knew that the click riad was in the city center and 5 minutes by car from our Riad And there the driver tells us that he is taking us 20 minutes near the airport but that it is the same as click spa luxe we arrive after 20 minutes of traffic in front of a shabby building. We refuse to take the elevator and demand to be taken to the click riad spa or to be reimbursed. Finally the driver took us there for the 20 minutes of traffic in the opposite direction. Finally, we arrive at the ryad and are greeted coldly by a person who doesn't explain anything to us and who shows us a room. Two young girls in bathrobes are there so we come out and tell him that there are already people who we think are customers. They tell us that they are the ones who must take care of us. They don't talk to us. We come out again saying that there are no clean bathrobes and that we don't know what to do. The 2 young girls argue in Arabic and direct us towards the spa where only one of them stays to spray us with water one after the other. By calling his colleague from time to time to help him who doesn't come. Then while she is putting on the steam she passes by and argues with her colleague how to relax in these conditions!!! She then comes to tell me that her colleague is having her period and that's why. This is one taste too many for me. I have the impression that this is all just a big joke. I chose a luxury service and found myself with a horrible moment of stress. I call click excercusions who tells me that he will check with his director and puts me on hold for more than 25 minutes then radio silence. No one left to help me. I demand full reimbursement and compensation for all inconveniences on what should have been a great time for my husband's 50th birthday. The manager arrives and explains to us that the girls had normally finished their day that they had stayed for our performance for which she also told us that it was not the 1.5 hour planned but only 1 hour certainly in a hurry to go home. We are My husband had to explain to the girl that she had to first apply the black soap and then scrub. Absolutely unprofessional. Click exercises ended up calling us back and telling us that we had to request a refund from Ceetiz. What we did on our return to France and Ceetiz tells us that Click Exursion refuses reimbursement. Simply theft.

awful - firstly they said they would pick us as it included transport. We waited 45min!!!!!!! While my boyfriend was in the massage room someone just walked in while he was naked!! the scarper they use was really really hard!!!!! Definitely NOT a luxury experience also there was no mint tea and it was just a rub NOT a proper argan oil massage as stated
