Fantastic 5 star experience - The driver, Aziz was very friendly, polite and very informative. He made our journey very relaxing and enjoyable especially as we are first time visitors to Marrakesh

Lovely Trip - Highly recommend, gardens are beautiful and enjoyed the YSL museum. Great shops and coffee shops nearby also. Prompt pick up and collection in a luxury mini bus, friendly driver and given plenty of time to explore. Thank you :-)

Majorelle Hardin, Musee YSL & Berber Tour by Abderrahman - First time visitors to Marrakech made special and memorable with Abderrahman. From pick up time to drop off and pick up. He went above and beyond with giving some history lessons about old and new town, royal family, earthquake. He also gave us shopping tips. And the Majorelle Garden, Yves Saint Laurent Museum, and Berber Museum are a must see when in Marrakech. Definitely, highly recommended and Abderrhaman should be promoted. A definite asset to the company

Amazing trip! - Stunning gardens and a lovely exhibition on archival Saint Laurent pieces. Mamoune travels is the best company to book this with! The entire trip was seamless. Anas, my driver, picked me up from near my riad and drove me to the location. He had his van stocked up with water, antibacterial wipes and it was air conditioned. I shared with him how I reverted to Islam last year and got into conversation about it. Lovely experience from start to finish!

Disappointing Experience - While the manager and driver were both pleasant and professional, the overall experience left much to be desired. The main issue stemmed from poor communication by Viator. When I booked the trip, Viator failed to inform me that the YSL Museum is closed on Wednesdays. Instead, I was told that the ticket included all three attractions – Majorelle Garden, the Berber Museum, and the YSL Museum. It was only upon arrival that I discovered the YSL Museum was shut, and that our ticket covered only the Majorelle Gardens. Please read small print after booking.
When I contacted Viator customer service to clarify, they unfairly placed the blame on the travel company, even though the booking oversight was entirely their fault. This lack of transparency was frustrating and detracted from the trip.
In terms of value, although the ysl garden was beautiful but this round-trip experience wasn’t worth the price. We could have easily paid half the amount by taking a taxi and purchasing entry tickets ourselves as all three museums are in one place.
