Wonderful experience - We had a great experience and Mustapha was exceptional. Polite, helpful and extremely professional. One cannot miss Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens.

Great tour - Lovely morning spent seeing the sights of Marrakesh. Our driver Yousef was brilliant and told us lots about the history of the city. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to see things. Would highly recommend this tour. Good value for money

Museums, palaces, comfortable tour - It's an effective way of exploring the new and some of the old parts of Marrakech.
As we are staying in small riad, we had no idea of the big hotel, shopping and night life area, but during the tour we drove through this parts.
We visited a few monuments and museums, learned a lot about different districts and history. We recommend this tour with Youssef.

Good half day tour - A good half day tour the driver showed up in time took us to see the sites very interesting he dropped us back to our hotel

Amazing tour - Great tour guide with vast knowledge on the history of the local area including the Medina ( area for shopping ) Nour was extremely kind with me and my family and made us feel comfortable. When I travel to Marrakech again definitely will contact him.

Not informative - Went well, pick up was good. Drive was always on time for pickup to the next tour. No bottle water was given, we had to buy our own. Driver explanation of too great. Best to book a tour guide who will go inside with you to the places for better experience

Not quite what we paid for - Loved the garden tour and would have liked double the time there. Enjoyed the palace but very overcrowded.
The tombs were apparently too busy to visit.. queues too long and we never got taken to the souks. Drove around the city for most of the tour , driver lovely but we didn’t get to do what we had paid for

Find a different tour. - The main reason we signed up for this tour was to visit the Marjelle Gardens as was the only place not walking distance from our Riad. Once we were on the trip, we were told we wouldn't be going there as tickets had to be purchased ahead of time. Not only were we not informed of that, but the photo advertising this tour was of the Marjelle Gardens. I was not able to get a refund, or even and apology from Viator.

Ditched by the guide - I’m pretty certain that the guide that picked me up at my hotel was not the guide assigned. He told me he didn’t have his “badge” because he was new so couldn’t go into the sights with me. He was tired and, while friendly, did not seam to want to be working. Two hours into the tour he told me he had an emergency and asked if I would have tea (that he paid for) and wait for 30 minutes and he would be back to get me. I initially didn’t mind, as emergencies happen. 50 minutes later he had not returned. I walked back to my hotel. I’m pretty independent and confident in traveling but this could have been a very unsettling experience for someone who wasn’t comfortable traveling alone.
