Highlights
  • Le Jardin Secret - Medina - Marrakech - Your Private City Tour starts at the enchanting and picturesque Jardin Secret, one of the most popular attractions in Marrakech, and it is for good reasons. Let yourself take a break from the frantic pace of the Red City and enjoy the delicate fragrance filling the air in this refreshing oasis.

Note: If you choose the Full Package option, Skip-the-line tickets will be provided for your convenience, to avoid the long queue.

  • Gueliz - On your way to the Medina, you’ll pass by the ‘new city’, the modern side of Marrakech. The area was designed & built by the French in the early 1900s, and is today the thriving heart of the Red city, where you can spot popular international brands and fine cafés. You’ll also pass by its main avenue, that we love to call “the Champs Elysées of Marrakech”.
  • Koutoubia Mosque - You’ll then start your visit of the old town at the Koutoubia Mosque, a key piece in Morocco’s history, built during the 12th century under the Almohad Dynasty. Its minaret remains the tallest building in Marrakech so it can be visible from almost everywhere in the city, like a guiding star, helping you to get directions when you’re lost.
  • Bahia Palace - Next, you’ll visit the exquisite Bahia Palace that fascinates everyone by its fine Moorish architecture, gorgeous ceramic tiles and the majestic beauty of its colors.
  • Bahia Palace - -
  • Mellah - Then, you’ll walk through a very interesting part of the Medina, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), which will help you understand the important role of the Jewish culture and community in developing the unique identity of Marrakech & Morocco.
  • Bab Agnaou - If you wish, you’ll go inside one of the city’s well-reputed herbal stores, where you can learn everything you want to know about herbs, spices and essential oils while having a Moroccan mint tea and some local pastry. Then, you’ll continue your way towards Bab Agnaou, one of the nineteen gates of Marrakech and the main entrance to the Royal Kasbah.
  • Kasbah - There, we’ll invite you to a unique cultural trip back in time to discover two points of interest: 1/ the Farnatchi, where you can uncover the process of heating the water in traditional public steam baths, called hammams, which dates back to Roman times; the Farnatchi is also where some locals still bring their dishes (especially the typical Tanjia) to be slowly cooked in a wood-fired oven; 2/ an age-old bakery where artisanal bread is still cooked the old fashioned way;
  • Medina of Marrakesh - Afterwards, it’ll be time to wander through the fascinating labyrinths of the world’s most vibrant and colorful open-air marketplace: The Souks of Marrakech. Between bazaars full of charm & character, stalls packed with mysterious potions, colorful piles of spices, essential oils, exquisite hand-knotted rugs… you’ll get to visit the leather souk, workshops of traditional woven Moroccan carpets & handmade Berber boucherouite (rugs), brass lamps & lanterns gallery, and so much more!
    Marrakech ranks among the great shopping cities of the world. With honest local knowledge by your side, you’re in good hands to have a splendid time in the establishments that are worth your time, without worrying to guess where to shop and where not to shop. And even if you have no intention purchasing, this will be a super fun part of your City Tour to experience. You’re in for a feast of the senses!
  • Souk Semmarine - The most comprehensive City Tour in Marrakech concludes in the largest souk district in Morocco, where merchants have been trading and selling their goods for the past 1000 years!! Get ready for a complete sensory overload! The combination of sounds, sights and smells are enough to leave even the most hardened of travelers feeling completely mesmerized.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Brilliant tour & team! - What a great half-day private tour. We had a fantastic driver and guide. Our driver turned up on time, messaged us to let us know we had arrived & was so friendly, pointing things out as we drove to meet our guide. Our guide, Yaya, was so friendly and enthusiastic. I travelled with my Mum who can feel nervous but she felt entirely at ease. We saw the souks, Bahia Palace, Secret Garden, Koutoubia Mosque. Reviews for other companies suggested they felt rushed or pressured to buy but this tour was not like that at all. We could take our time, there was zero hassling or pressure to get anything. We could not fault the team or the tour and would highly recommend.

Fantastic tour, brilliant team, couldn’t recommend enough! - What a fantastic trip. I came with my Mum who can be a nervous traveller so I wanted to make sure she felt safe & comfortable. We had a private tour with Yaya and our driver and I couldn’t fault them. They were enthusiastic, courteous and kind. Yaya got us water and snacks, we visited the Bahia Palace, the souks, the Secret Garden and Koutoubia Mosque. There was no rush and we felt we had time for everything. He showed us where the many items in the souks are actually made which was fascinating. There was no pressure to buy anything at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone. I plan on returning to Marrakesh with my husband and will definitely use this company again.

Wonderful! Memorable experience, a MUST for anyone's first time in Morocco, Marrakech! - Our tour guide Oussama took our group on one of the BEST tours of our lives! He was very knowledgeable and provided detailed insight into the beautiful history and unique culture of Marrakech. We loved the pacing of the tour, there was so much to see and do (palaces, gardens, mosques, merchants selling their wares, getting a behind the scenes of a bakery, general local life etc..). Oussama was like a local celebrity as he lead us through the alleyways of the Medina, stopping to saying hello to all the local shop owners as we passed by. His small talk with the locals never felt a distraction for us though, but actually added to the tour's charm and positive vibes. At the end of our time together he had even offered to wait outside for us while we stopped for a meal at a restaurant and take us home after, which was a kind gesture. Oh and he even held all our shopping bags for us! 10/10 would book again.

Best city tour of Marrakesh! - A FABULOUS trip! Such a vibrant city and Mohammed was a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable about the city and its history, we learnt so much, not only about the history and diverse cultures but also about spices, argon oil, and the amazing skills the people who live here possess, including making of local dress and carpets. The people were so friendly and welcoming and Mohammed having grown up in the city seemed to know everyone! It was also definitely a bonus to have Mohammed steer us through the Medina and guide us with our purchasing (and he carried all our buys)! PLUS he was so patient and generous with his time, likely to be the longest half day trip of your life, but you’ll love every minute. 110% recommend!

Marrakesch with the best guide in town - We had a very nice day with Yayha. He is very personable and knew a lot about the sights. As Marrakech is a great place for shopping, Yahya took us to some great shops that we wouldn't have found otherwise. We can absolutely recommend the tour!

Recommended! Fun intro to city! - We really enjoyed our tour with Yahya. He was so friendly, informative and flexible. Our driver was great too. We learned a lot about the city and saw so many interesting sights in a compact trip that we would not have managed to see on our own. If we had a question or wanted to make a stop and see something, Yahya was happy to accommodate. We were in good hands!
