After breakfast at your hotel with your overnight bag, or upon your arrival at Marrakech airport, we will pick you up and drive you to the foothills of the mountains (about 1 hour and 20 minutes away). On our way, we will give you a deeper introduction to Marrakech as part of our outdoor tour.

We start our first day by driving you to see some of Marrakech’s outdoor highlights. You can take it easy, starting in the morning or even in the afternoon. Our first day involves heading to the Agafay semi-desert area on the outskirts of Marrakech, about 40 minutes from the city center. Check in there and enjoy a half-hour camel ride, followed by a spectacular night under the stars with a unique live music performance at the luxury glamping camp during dinner.

Tahnaout - We invite you to experience real farm countryside life as our guests.

On our second day, starting around 10:00 AM, we head towards the mountain hills. Along the way, we might briefly visit some Berber villages to interact with locals and treat kids if we have school supplies with us. We will have lunch at the farm where you will check in and stay overnight at the ranch by the mountain foothills.

We offer a variety of activities for everyone: horseback riding, playing with goats, trying fresh cow’s milk, and even milking the cows the local way. We also have an outdoor cooking class area where you can learn to make Moroccan cuisine while enjoying nature.

This experience is an overnight excursion, filled with surprises and activities as mentioned above. Two activities are included for you:

2. Cooking Class

The Ranch- Asni- Imlil

Imlil - On our third day, we will leave late to enjoy more time in this spectacular place. We will take a breathtaking drive to Imlil, a mountain Berber village known for its strong Berber culture. You will check in and stay overnight at one of the local Riads, enjoying the clean air and peaceful atmosphere of this authentic rural village.

Imlil - Marrakech

Imlil - After a nice breakfast at the Riad, before we head back to Marrakech, you have the option to add an extra night if you love outdoor spots. We highly recommend extending your stay to two nights for an extra treat. We will go on a hike with our local mountain guide, who will introduce us to the authentic villages and their interesting and resourceful lifestyle. We will visit up to four Berber mountain villages before having lunch with a beautiful view from a local family house, where you will enjoy mouthwatering local cuisine.

After our journey, we will head back to Marrakech with a big smile on your face, a rich heart, and a head full of knowledge about Amazigh culture.
