Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Tizi n Tichka - Pick up at 8 am from your accommodation Riad/Hotel in Marrakech. we start this Marrakech to Fes Desert Tour 3 Days, We journey over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass 2260m/7500ft- It is the highest pass-road in Africa. Panoramic views over the Berber villages and beautiful landscapes in the background. We stop for a break and pictures.

Kasbah du Pacha el Glaoui - Later, we drive through the Ounila Valley then we stop to visit the Kasbah of Telouet.

Ounila Valley - We continue along the Ounila valley till the village of Ait Benhaddou.

Ait Ben Haddou - We stop for lunch here, and we go for a visit to the Mud-brick Castel listed world heritage by UNESCO.

Ouarzazate - We pass by Ouarzazate, the Moroccan Hollywood city due to the number of movies that have been shot here. (Optional visit to the Cinema Studios).

Dadès Gorges - afterward, we continue our journey towards Dades valley through Rose Valley and the Road of thousand Kasbah.

Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi Dunes (Merzouga)

Dades Gorges - After breakfast, we will drive to the top of Dades Valley, beautiful view over the valley and the mountain gorge.

Todra River - We head toward Todra valley via Tinghir. It is a contrasted valley with Rocky canons & huge palm trees. We will absolutely make picture stops. Later, we get to the famous Todra Mountain Gorge, (Its altitude: 400m/ 1312ft.) where you can walkthrough.

Erg Chebbi - Then we carry on toward the Sand Dunes of Erg Chebbi via The Jorf and its ancient irrigation system with 1000 wales. Finally, Erfoud before seeing the first sand. Erg Chebbi has the Highest sand dunes in the country.

Well! Here you have to trade your vehicle for Camels, so you would have 1 hour Camel trekking on the sand dunes during the sunset. The best time for pictures as the sand turns red in order to match this beautiful sky.

Arrive at your Desert camp, Check in your private tent and enjoy your special evening. Dinner and campfire with drum players and Berber music.

Erg Chebbi – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

Erg Chebbi - Wake up early this morning to assist the sunrise from the top of the dunes. Breakfast is at the camp before meeting the Camels again, Camel rides back to the vehicle.

Midelt - We start our journey to Fez via Errachidia & the lush Ziz Valley. We will stop for picture opportunities as we are driving along Ziz valley & the High Atlas Mountains.

We stop for lunch at Midelt the Apple capital.

Azrou Cedar Forest - We continue along the Middle Atlas Mountains till Cedar forest, we will stop to visit the monkeys.

Ifrane National Park - The last stop before Fez is Ifrane, this Swiss Moroccan city looks stunning. Houses with triangle roofs (lofts) and wide streets are very beautiful & clean even if it snows here during the season.

Fez Mellah - later we drive to Fes, Your 3 Days Tour from Marrakech to Fes Via Merzouga will end around 6 pm at your accommodation riad & Hotel Fes.
