Authentic experience of Moroccan cuisine - The course was very fun and interesting. After buying vegetables at a local Point of Sale, Ahmed and I learned the technique of preparing the famous Moroccan tea. Then we drank it together, getting to know each other and talking about their culture. Together with chef Hassan we then prepared and cooked 6 different types of dishes, discovering how to combine spices properly and all the secrets to get an authentic tajine even at home.

Highlight of our trip ! - What can I say, from the minute we all met to the moment we left it was nothing short of an excellent experience. Chef Hasan taught us to make 6 authentic Moroccan dishes. Trust me when I tell you, you will not taste anything better than this! We learnt so much, had so much fun and made some new friends. The Moroccan mint tea crash course was also a great touch. This was the highlight of my Morocco experience and I HIGHLY reccommend!

Great experience of cooking class traditional tajines. Perfect - A warm welcome by Hassan and Ahmed, we feel at home in a comfortable set-up, large table, perfect for a group up to 8 people. The selection of the items at the market, then the cooking class and the selection of the recipes are just great. We loved our 4h experience cooking traditional tajines, tasty. Thanks Hassan and Ahmed, highly recommended, Quentin, Pascaline, Alix & Charline

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience - Excellent experience. Picked ingredients freshly from market and taken to an impeccably clean kitchen in true Moroccan style. We were a group of 6 and chef Hassan gave all people different tasks. All explanations were given in English and French to accommodate the group. We made 5 different dishes and tasted the best tagines we have ever had in Morocco. First of all we were shown how to make an authentic mint tea and enjoyed it. Plenty of water supplies as it was very hot. All food, utensils, aprons etc. were all provided. We learned a lot about Morocco and the cuisine. Recipes were all forwarded on to us by what’s app the same evening. Only challenge was finding the place. We walked from the main square but would recommend a taxi to other travellers. Would thoroughly recommend the experience.

Probably the best experience we had visiting Marrakech - This was such a great experience, family, inc two teenage boys all thoroughly enjoyed the morning. Hassan was a great teacher, and so interesting to talk to. We made delicious food, and are all inspired to cook Moroccan food at home. An extra special prize for showing us a peppers recipe that my boys liked eating-and asked for more!
