An authentic cooking class… - This was such a lovely experience to do with my daughters. We all got stuck in, prepared the meal together and then sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labour. Chef Khimsa and Kawtar were so welcoming and friendly, this was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Sneak peek into the Moroccan cuisine - Kawtar took us to a small market to buy all the vegetables for the tajines starters. We learned how to make the original Moroccan tea and then the cooking started. They taught us about all the different spices. We made four starters and two tajines and a simple but delicious desert. The food was really good and after the workshop, Kawtar send us all the recipes. Would recommend this to anyone who want to learn about the Moroccan cuisine.

Great class and a delicious meal - We really enjoyed the cooking class as we made many of the dishes we had tried in restaurants and the versions we made turned out far better than what we had previously eaten. The setting for the class was beautiful with tiled walls and a nice dining area. The techniques and methods were explained clearly and I am certain we will be able to replicate the dishes at home. Highly recommend it!

A lovely cooking experience in Marrakech! - We really enjoyed the cooking course! First we went shopping for ingredients around the souk and afterwards we prepared the food ourselves while getting to learn the ins and outs of classic moroccan cuisine.

Moroccan cooking class - We chose this class because it mentioned ability to cope with vegetarians, and this was quickly put in place when we mentioned it at the start before getting to the market. Purchasing the ingredients in the market was fun and venue once arrived was a delight. The cooking instruction was not over complicated and clear (instructions in English). It was impossible to keep up with all the names / quantities as we went along but we were advised that the recipes would be provided afterwards (still yet to happen, not sure how??) . The sit down meal we then enjoyed after completing the preparation was very good, in fact, exceeded expectation. All in all a very worthwhile experience, I would definitely recommend it (in fact we already have to other travelers)

Cooking in Marrakesh - Meeting point was not that clear. Trip to the market was a bit hectic. Overall cooking class was well-organized and well-conducted. A good experience!
