Great introduction to moroccan food and meeting fellow traveler’s - The food we made was excellent and buying the ingredients we were taken to the cheaper places than the supermarket. Great chance to meet other traveler’s from all over world and gather information of best things to see in Marrakech. The host was attentive and we all got involved.

A True Highlight of Our Trip — Authentic, Fun, and Delicious - This class was fantastic from start to finish. We did the experience with Kawtar and Khmisa, and both were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire experience feel relaxed and fun. This was our first cooking class experience ever, and we loved learning about all of the spices and how to properly prepare everything step by step. We learned so much about Moroccan cooking, loved receiving the recipes afterward, and really enjoyed shopping together for all of the fresh ingredients. The appetizers and tagines we prepared were absolutely delicious and full of flavor, and everything felt very authentic. My father works in a steakhouse back home in the U.S., and this tour was a highlight of our trip for him, which says a lot. We also loved meeting other travelers from around the world during the class. Being able to purchase small packets of the spices to take home was a great touch. My father and I did this tour together and loved every part of it. This was one of the highlights of our trip and an easy 5-star experience that I highly recommend.

A thoroughly enjoyable class! - We enjoyed the walk through of the street market to select our fresh produce, and the brief stop at a meat market for an explanation on selecting fresh chicken. The class was very well organized and efficient. We prepared several vegetable dishes and chicken tagine, as well as fresh mint tea. Everyone got to do something and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed meeting and chatting with other class members that were from other countries.

Highlight of My Visit to Marrakech - I always take cooking classes on international trips, and this was the best one yet. Shopping at the market was fun and informative, the chef was a great teacher, the class was very well-organized and paced and the food was amazing. Plus getting to spend time in the beautiful home of the chef’s aunty and co-teacher was a very special added bonus. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

An experience not to be missed! - Very nice morning with a visit to the market followed by a workshop of traditional Moroccan cuisine. We prepared typical salads, a vegetarian tagine, a chicken tagine and dessert, which we then enjoyed. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly atmosphere and everything was absolutely delicious. An authentic and gourmet moment that we enjoyed very much!

Moroccan Cookery Class - We were quite a large diverse group which made creating an ambiance difficult - it was difficult to all be involved in the preparations.

Enjoyable experience. - Fun day. As others have complained, recipes are not sent as promised, so take notes. Made tagine and starters. Would have like to learn more about cous cous.
