Day Two: Refuge – Toubkal – Marrakech
An early start will lead to the summit of the highest peak in North Africa. The top offers an unparalleled view of the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara Desert, and the surrounding landscapes that have stood for centuries. The duration at the summit will depend on the weather, typically allowing for about 30 minutes before descending to the refuge for lunch. The day includes approximately 8-9 hours of walking and concludes back in Imlil.

The ascent spans two days and rewards climbers with breathtaking views over the Atlas Mountains and Toubkal National Park. From the summit, the High Atlas Mountains can be seen extending in three directions. They stretch eastward from the Atlantic Coast to the Moroccan-Algerian border, conclude at the Anti-Atlas Mountain range in the southwest, and reach the city of Marrakech in the north. Toubkal National Park is nestled within this impressive natural formation that adventurers have just traversed. For groups of four or more, a mule will carry the luggage.
