Very great - Our guide yousuf was so lovely and he ensured everyone was taken care of, he explained a lot about the history of the water fall and how the nomads migrate within seasons he also allowed us to take breaks In between walks to take pictures and gave us little stops to take a break if you wanted to buy anything from the mini souks. We were also taken to a restaraunt, the food wasn’t so great but is edible so just be careful with what you pick as there’s very limited options available. The only thing that was not mentioned is that there is a lot of walking that is done and A LOT of STEPS so just be prepared for the walk before hand and carry water as it can get tiring. They also give you an opportunity to take pictures with the monkeys and feed them you’ll get a few people asking for money for the nuts just say no and walk off. The boat ride was just beautiful, felt very surreal if you’re a nature lover and wear comfortable shoes. I would recommend this place during the colder seasons as we did manage to get a good experience as the weather wasn’t too hot so it was bearable so perhaps if you make a plan to come do pick it during the beginning of the year or the end of the year and not in the summer

The best tour, with the best guide - If you want to escape the bustle of Marrakech and want to visit something really amazing, this is the place. My guide has been Sadeq Lahcen, an excellent Guide, and even better person...knowing that it was my birthday, when the excursion ended he gave me a gift. That detail I take in my heart ❤️ Thank you, friend Sadeq. My group a 10 🤩

If you want to go outside Marrakech streets - I recently enjoyed a refreshing and timely experience on a minibus tour that truly exceeded my expectations. The minibus was on time, making the entire day seamless. The boat trip included in the price was a delightful addition, offering beautiful views along the way. The highlight was definitely the delicious dinner. We had three tasty choices: couscous, lamb tagine, and chicken skewers, all served with a flavorful starter and a sweet dessert of tangerines. As a fun bonus, we had the opportunity to take pictures with a monkey, which added a memorable touch to the day. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to enjoy a well-rounded adventure!

Best tour Marrakech - I could not recommend this tour more. This was our best trip from Marrakech. Stop along the way for toilet break and snacks. Our tour guide Mhzihour lhoucine was fantastic. So knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure we got the most out of our trip. Took us to all of the best views of the waterfalls and photo spots, took many photos for us. We would like to use this review to thank him for the amazing day.

Great excursion - Our tour guide made all the difference on our excursion. he is a local Ouzoud, Yousiff, was awesome. He made sure our group was well taken care of as we were at different levels of ability to walk the path(s). The hike down was so beautiful and the Monkeys were very entertaining. Once at the falls he made sure we were accommodated on the boats and lunch. The boat ride to the falls, the captain was so funny and took time to capture the falls and a movie of us😀. All 600 steps up were fun as well, monkeys, 🐒🐒LOL!! Thank you very much for the history and fun!

A wonderful excursion to the Ouzoud Cascades! - Spectacular! The day tour of the Ouzoud Cascades, from Marrakech, is a must-see experience and is worth every euro of the 20 they ask for per person. The Vacation Package includes comfortable transport from the hotel and on the return leave us at Jemma El-Fna Square, waterfall visit, local Guide and the exciting river crossing. There are more expensive options with private tours for those who do not want to share the tour with another 20 people. The trip starts early at 7:30, arriving in Marrakech around 21:00. The trip of about 3 hours is quiet (if we refrain from the group of young French women who did not shut up for 2 minutes), with roads in good condition. There is a 15-minute stop on a gas pump on the way and another on the way. The bus was new, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, a real relief considering the burning heat that was felt outside. Our Guide in Ouzud, Youssef, deserves highlighted for sympathy and patience. He handled very well with the tourists who occasionally delayed or dispersed from the group. And they weren't rare sometimes... The descent to the waterfalls is steep and requires care, but is feasible in about 30 minutes. In the middle of the way, there is a stop at a small bar where you can drink a drink of water or a delicious pomegranate juice. Along the way there are several sellers with local items. The climb, on the opposite side, is shorter, but has many stairs. With almost 40oC, it was like touring, exercise and sauna at the same time! The waterfalls are stunning! Despite the large number of tourists, (I have the notion of the irony of being part of the problem too) the experience is unique. The river crossing in shores, sailed by friendly and well-held locations with wheelchairs, and with chair seats type waiting room for dentist, is a high and picturesque point. The jungle takes us very close to the waterfall for amazing photos (prepare to get wet!). The crossing takes about 10 minutes but is enough. The brave ones can refresh themselves in the waters of the river El-Abid and it is well worth it. Attention to the slippery stones. It is impossible not to notice the monkeys of Gibraltar that are everywhere. Although adorable, it is important not to feed them to avoid aggressive behaviors. Guides repeat this ad nauseum but tourists ignore us, which does not always go well. Sometimes monkeys demand peanuts from those who don't have them. Lunch is served in a restaurant with spectacular panoramic views, but the food is mediocre. With only two menu options (Tagine with cuscuz or Chicken Kebab) the price of 130 MAD (~13€) per person includes water, bread, main dish and dessert. The tour is suitable for families - we went with two children without problems. However, I would not recommend it to people who are more vulnerable or with mobility problems due to the rough terrain and the many stairs. Although we went in late August, high season, the experience was sustainable in terms of crowd. I assume that in the low season it is even better, but I cannot guarantee why we did not have that experience. The trip to the Ouzud Cascades was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. Thank you Marrakech Travel Services for a memorable day. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, water, snacks, respect for nature and local culture, and you will have an unforgettable tour. Not to lose!

Amazing Place - We loved the trip itself, Mohamed our tour guide was really nice , explained everything and give us time to appreciated the surroundings and offered to take photos. We loved the terrace place with the water fall view where Mohamed took us to eat. the restaurant itself served really nice food. The boat trip is a must we really enjoy it. Only negative thing was the pick up was half hour late but they apologised for the delay. Ovarall a great place defenitly recomended you can't miss this trip.

Good experience, poor meal - Friendly staff and recommended experience. Fair price as well. My only problems are the fact that we were picked up too early to obtain breakfast. ( they picked us up at 7:40am) We were taken to a cafe before arriving at the falls which had no breakfast available, just coffee & bags of chips/cookies for sale. I’m assuming these tour companies have some sort of agreement with this cafe as every other agency stopped at this cafe as well. We then had to wait until 1pm to eat where we had some mediocre food at the waterfall restaurant that was fairly expensive for what it offered. Three stars may be harsh but wonderful experiences can be ruined by something as simple as missing a meal/ having to eat at the falls restaurant as late as 1pm.
