Great Way to see the Falls - This tour is just of the Ouzoud Falls. The tour includes a bathroom break on the way to and from the tour. The Ouzoud Falls part of the tour includes opportunity for photos from the top of the falls and the bottom. There is also an Argan oil tour midway through the decent to the bottom of the falls. At the bottom of the Falls there is a boat ride close to the base of the falls and is followed by lunch overlooking the falls. There are also a couple of opportunities to see the monkeys, but the "best" ones can be found at the top of the climb back up (at the end of the tour). The lunch was 120Dh plus drinks and had many options (including vegetarian). The tour around the falls also has many steps and steep areas, but the tour guides make sure to go slow, so it is easy for everyone.

Exceptionnel - a huge thank you to our great guide who offered us a unique experience in conviviality and good atmosphere. This is an excursion that we recommend more than all that really should not be missed while passing by marrakesh! The ride was very well organized, we were then greeted by Sadec Lahcen, a very friendly guide, who allowed us to get acquainted with the ouzoud monkeys and enjoy a unique experience. We then visited a traditional production of argan oil; followed by a descent to the Ouzoud waterfalls taking the time to stop at the most beautiful panoramic spots. When we reached the bottom, we were able to approach the waterfalls on the edge of a boat. Afterwards, we had the right to a typical meal, hearty and more than affordable (13€/person). Everything was organized, for us to have a good day without worrying about anything, in short a huge thank you!!

First experience of Morocco - Absolutely fantastic as long as you don’t mind one section of heights/sheer drop. What is not advised by the tour is that you treck down the height of the falls, 110 metres then climb the same by very basic steps/boulders/stones/1/2metre drops. The boat ride depends upon your rower as to whether you get soaked or just sprayed from the falls….. the majority thoroughly enjoyed it and the boat guys were great fun. Be aware that on the climb back up the guide stops at a specific restaurant and there is a standard charge for the meal. The food was good but for us not worth the amount charged. It is a beautiful area. However the experience was well worth the trip, our driver was very careful and the guide was very knowledgeable and considerate, recognising individual needs.

Pretty location, but badly serviced and organised - The trip started slowly as we were waiting a long time for our coach from Marrakesh. The coach journey was fine with one toilet stop halfway through, no loos on the coach. Toilet attendants ask for tips, so bring your coins. Our guide Samir was knowledgeable about the history of Ouzoud and could speak Spanish, French and English. The walk to the waterfalls was pleasant. We took the boat at an extra charge to get closer to the falls. At the end of the boat ride, we couldn't find our guide, and assumed he went up to the restaurant. It was a lucky guess. Our lunch was included, however it was one of the worst service received. We were sat away from the main group, our food arrived in dribs and drabs: the kids wanted chips that arrived last, my husband food was totally forgotten, then was told it had run out, then what he ordered arrived. We complained about it and the waiter had the decency to apologise. Other people had a similar experience and it wasn't massively busy. We then carried on our ascent to see the monkeys. This was really fun, people can feed them, and they jump on you. We spent about 15mins. Sadly at that point, we got separated from our group and guide. We just couldn't find them. We pursued our route and got to the top without seeing them then returned to the monkey spot and back again. We were concerned at that point as we didn't have the guide's contact details. In the end we found our coach and the group. When I confronted Samir, he wouldn't look at me, nor did he apologise for leaving us, then turned his back on me. The people within the group told him we were missing but apparently he shrugged it off saying we'd find our way. The guide's most important job is NOT to lose their visitors, and he epically failed and showed no sign of apology. I would absolutely NOT recommend him as a guide. The place itself is very pretty, unsuitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs or people with mobility issues. There are lots of shops and restaurants.
