Upon reaching Ouzoud Village, marvel at the waterfalls that plunge 360 feet (110 meters) into the pool below. Your guide will lead you through olive groves, provide insights into the local Berber culture, and take you to a local argan oil cooperative. Follow a network of trails down with your guide, pausing at a scenic viewpoint where you can purchase fresh orange juice, before taking a traditional boat ride on the pool beneath the falls. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with a view of the waterfalls, featuring a traditional Berber menu. After lunch, enjoy 20 minutes of free time to take photos, soak in the views, or browse the souvenir stalls.

Additional Information

After pickup from your Marrakech hotel, travel east in a minivan through rural Morocco to the Ouzoud Falls.

On arrival, walk through olive groves owned by generations of Berber farmers and descend to the gorge below the waterfalls. At the base, stroll by the river and marvel at the 3-tiered falls, which cascade into a pool. Take photos and, if you wish, enjoy a swim in the cool waters and an optional boat ride (own expense) close to the cascades to feel the spray.

Afterward, step ashore and visit one of the cafes or restaurants overlooking the river for lunch (own expense). Finally, climb the steps back to the top. Pause on route to see the falls from various angles, watch for the rainbows in the mist, and meet and feed the monkeys that gather here.

Your trip then finishes with a drop-off back at your hotel.

Loved this place - I absolutely loved this place. We had such a great time. The waterfall and the food were magnificent. The walk back up was not easy but doable walking slowly. But going down is fine for all abilities.

Notice - We still waited 1 hour before leaving because the bus must have been full... we had a 3 hour drive but it was definitely worth it. We had to pay the guide 3€ extra, important to know. Because on our bus some people had purchased the tickets with the hotel and it was much cheaper... they didn't want to make us pay for the boat even though it was included... but otherwise incredible site and the super nice guide. The €3 was well deserved given his sympathy. A guide is essential to truly understand the heart of the waterfall. Thank you so much.

Beautiful day and worth the visit! - This tour was a lot of fun and definitely worth the visit! Our tour guide, Younes Belloud was AMAZING and very knowledgeable about the area! I was a bit hesitant reading some of the reviews that said the drive was not worth it. The drive is definitely worth it! We got a nice guided walk to many different parts of the waterfalls. The lunch option was good too - a bit pricey for what it is, but given the option to eat there I guess they can charge more than usual. The falls are beautiful and I am glad I went! I have seen many waterfalls before but this part of Morocco was one of the highlights because it is something different.

An excursion to do! - Magnificent place, very pleasant walk. On the other hand, perhaps more explanations from the local guide and more time on site to enjoy it more would have been appreciated. (3 hours on site instead of the 5 announced)

Amazing but many extras - It was a worthy and nice trip, the waterfalls are really incredible and amazing, a must for sure. Nevertheless, the boat teip is not included and we had to pay 20MAD each as an extra. The guide is neither included, ww had to pay 30MAD each too. The lunch costed 120MAD each (bur we were advised of it). So, you must take in mind that you'll have to add 170MAD per person. It wouls be right to know that all these expenses are not ibcluded, because in the description and the ticket seemed they were.
