After a short break and a tour of the city, we’ll visit the Atlas Film Studio, often called the Moroccan Hollywood, designed in an Egyptian style. Famous directors choose this place to film popular movies and series like Game of Thrones, Gladiator, and Alexander. The visit to Ouarzazate and the film studio will give you insight into various cultures.
- Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - Explore the stunning and famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. This UNESCO World Heritage site attracts many tourists with its rich history. Built high in the Atlas Mountains, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and has been featured in numerous famous movies and series. As you walk through the Kasbah, you can learn about its history by moving from one room to another.
- Marrakech - After your day trip and visit to Ait Benhaddou, you’ll head back to Marrakech and return to your starting point.

Amazing trip - a day well spent - Our guide Yassine made this an unforgettably trip! The pickup worked perfectly, and we had a lot of fun along the way and he was very aware of our needs and wishes! He also told us a lot about Morocco and the area so that we also learned a lot. The visit in the Film studio was great, we took a lot of cool photos and also gilmed a very cool scene in one of the stages! Furthermore, he arranged a local guide for us who - different from the other local guides around Aït Ben Haddou - was really authentic and patient. We also had enough time to look around and were never in a hurry. In the end, he took us to nice and cheap restaurant where we could have lunch :)
Overall, a very nice day!

Friendly and cordial - Yassine is excellent. Very friendly, friendly and communicative left us a lot of the will on our walk. He has knowledge of local history and we talked about many topics. Note 1000 we recommend the walk with it.

Excursion to Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate - The trip was beautiful, the scenery sumptuous and the driver Yassin very friendly and caring. To do absolutely to discover the different faces of Morocco.

Great experience visiting sites and mountain drive - Great drive through the mountains, visiting the ancient sites and relating to some of the movie scenes that were filmed here. Special thanks to Rachid, our guide who kept sharing pieces of information and stopping at perfect view points for amazing photos.

Driver- yes. But not a tour. - Muhammad was our driver for the day’s ‘tour’.
He arrived punctually at 8am and drove us along excellent roads, stopping briefly a couple of times for photo opportunities in the mountains prior to our arrival at Ait Ben Haddou where we we allowed an hour to view the settlement without Muhammad.
We were then driven to Ouarzazate where we were given 20 minutes to see the Kasbah by ourselves.
Afterwards, we were taken to a nearby restaurant for lunch for an hour (cost not included in ticket price).
Having paid for a tour, we were very disappointed not to be given any information about Ait Ben Haddou, nor Ouarzazate, or even Morocco in general and not to have been accompanied on our visits around these sites.
We saw numerous tour jeeps, so there are plenty of opportunities to obtain a fully guided tour.
The Outlander we were in had a red warning light on the whole trip; this was a little disconcerting as we didn’t know whether it would be consequential.
