Youssef is the kindest and most welcoming guide. We did a total of two guides with him (this one - tour of the city and hot air balloon ride/camel ride) and when it came to camel riding and the hot air balloon ride, he communicated to those around him what our preference was (front or back of the line for the camels and where we wanted to stand in the hot air balloon box )and made it happen. He truly ensured we were happy at every spot! He’s reliable and so friendly — and an added bonus, he’s a polyglot as he speaks multiple languages very well! We’re so glad we found Youssef! Perfect experience - We were lucky enough to meet Youssef on the morning of our hot air balloon activity. He was a fantastic tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and very funny and personable. He took great care of my partner and I and made sure that we got to see everything we wanted to. We are from Australia so came along way to visit Marrakech/Morocco and Youssef ensured it was worth our while. We will definitely be contacting Youssef again when we are back in Marrakech!

Marrakech a great place to visit - Our guide Yousef was superb, took us all around marrakech took his time on all the sightseeing visits and took us to some great eating places. Ballon ride was nice, worthwhile doing if you have not done it. What can I say, Yousef made the whole holiday worthwhile. Thanks Yousef
