THE WORST DRIVER I EVER HAD - On June 29 at 04:30 am, we booked transportation from Marrakecch (Cafe Bristo Laksour) to Marrakechc Menara Airport. We had booked it on booking.com, it had already been paid through the app. It was 4:20 am in the morning, and we set out to get to the meeting point with the driver. On the way, several taxi drivers were asking us if we wanted a taxi. So when we arrived at the meeting point, there were several transport cars to the airport. We were asking, by my name, “Lucia” since the reservation was in my name. The driver was angry that we had not said “Good morning” and in an aggressive tone began to speak only in his language. True, we should have said good morning first and foremost, but despite my overwhelm after asking ourselves several taxi drivers, we completely forgot to say it. And I don't think that was a reason to treat us like that. Then this ill-mannered gentleman began to say “Lucia, yes, airport.” Without showing us any reservations or anything. We asked him for more details of the reservation to confirm that he was our driver and he got madder. He got aggressive to the point where we were scared. After this, I wanted to leave and I went to find a taxi, I didn’t care about losing the tramsport money in booking, I just wanted to get out of there. So this gentleman came after me and showed me the reservation with my first and last name. Was it that hard to have done that from the beginning? Then he said, “if I say Lucia, it’s Lucia, and there’s nothing else to show for it” Well sir, you are very wrong, because as you well know there are many scams on the streets of Marrakech towards the tourist and at least confirm with us my name and surname Finally we went with him, he was an attentive nasty, ill-mannered, aggressive. He didn't speak English or anything. He only spoke in his language, something that seems incredible for a driver who works with tourists. I don't know how people like that can be working in front of the public. The nastiest person I've ever encountered on a trip.

Horrible rude helpless drivers - Horrible, would not recommend at all! Our driver Omar was incredibly rude and scolded us (3 grown women) for being a few minutes late. Our pickup was early at 4 am at a riad, he did not help at all with the bags, he stood there while we struggled with 5 suitcases and was rude the entire time. I communicated completely that we needed a few minutes and was walking but he did not care. I would not recommend to my worst enemy unless you want a horrible start to your morning. There are far better ones to book on here. Stay away!!!!!!!
