Perfect experience - Absolutely beautiful venue. It was hidden in a quieter lane so a member of staff came to meet us and lead us there. Staff were friendly & welcoming. We really enjoyed the hammam & massage treatments. This was our first spa experience in Morocco and we would highly recommend Ambre & Epices. Great value & experience.

Lovely! - Perfect mix of good value and lovely experience. First a wash and scrub, then mint tea in a lovely courtyard, then a great relaxing massage, then more mint tea! Timings definitely erred on the side of generosity. It was easy to communicate with the riad over WhatsApp beforehand to sort out details. Would recommend 👌

Incredible massage and hammam - We did the hammam experience and a full body massage as a treat for our last evening in Marrakech. The hammam, which we started with, was incredible. The massage was the next part of the experience and was just as incredible as the hammam. I will always be fascinated with people who are gifted, pretty much healers, like this. C'était incroyable. Also tho whole place is prone to a good relaxing time and the whole staff absolutely adorable.

Very good - A great and relaxing massage after few days of touring around Morocco. The Riad is so nice and they serve us tea before the massage.

Disappointing and wouldn’t recommend - Very mixed experience - could have been amazing but wasn’t. The Massage and the Hamam were both lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly but the overall experience wasn’t very relaxing. After being shown to the riad, I was shown to a lounge in the centre of the hotel for a cup of tea and some biscuits (lovely) but in the room was a loud TV with a French cartoon film on loudly. After about 20 minutes I was shown to a tiny room upstairs to get changed into my trunks and a robe (and ill fitting crocs) and was then, in the same tiny room given a massage (which was lovely but very cramped). After the massage it was back to the TV room then into a tiny Hamam room for a brief wash down. Then back to the TV room to wait for another 15mins or so. Then back to the Hamam (past a group of hotel guests having their lunch) for a (lovely) black soap and clay Hamam. Then back to the Tv room to dry off which now had a new French cartoon on at loud volume and the company of a 5 or 6 year old child of a guest. After about 25 minutes I had to ask if I could get dressed but the room with my clothes in was occupied. About 10 mins later my clothes were made available and I could dress and leave. Disappointed overall and wouldn’t recommend
