A well led and satisfying tour - So glad we did this tour. It was great to be led through the Medina without worrying about directions. We could concentrate on looking about us at all the fascinating things to see. We made many stops and were very full at the end. Make sure you start the tour with an appetite! Hassan was a great guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. He shared his great love of this amazing country and its world class cuisine.

A must for foodies! - This is my number one recommendation for Marrakech and a must for foodies! The food scene in Marrakech can be overwhelming. The tour makes sense of it, with a series of visits to market stands and hole-in-the-wall restaurants, ending with Moroccan pastries overlooking the main square. Our guide Rashid was outstanding - incredibly knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed. Bring your appetite (all those “tasting portions” add up to a generous feast), and do it early in your stay in Marrakech!

Must do - An excellent tour with Hassan. We were very happy to have experienced a part of Morocco’s history and people thru food. We also enjoyed Hassan’s passion for his country and culture. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful taste of marrakech - An amazing evening eatting wonderful food. Our guide Hassan was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to cater perfectly for my gluten free diet with only a couple of items that I wasn’t able to try but overall i could eat most things. It was a great way to start off our visit to marrakech, would highly recommend doing this tour on your first day to help you get used to the medina. We ate in places and from vendors that we probably wouldn’t have been confident trying by ourselves. 10/10 the best trip we have done.

So much more than a food tour, great food and excellent guide - We always try and do a walking tour when we arrive in a new city and combining that with food is even better. Abdel our guide was great fun and very informative, taking us to parts of the Medina we would never have visited on our own. We stayed away from the tourist ares and experienced a traditional tea ceremony with Fatima and Mama Malika where we had the tastiest cous cous. we sampled olives, lamb cooked in the lamb pit and lamb cooked in the pot, cucumber soup and the most amazing Stenj Donuts. Definitely worth doing this tour but make sure you don't eat before hand!

Great food. Great experience - I love a walking food tour and I’m delighted to recommend this one. Our guide, Abdel was very informative. From our fist stop in Chez Lamine to our last stop on the Manzah l'koutoubia rooftop terrace, we loved everything. We especially loved our trip to the ‘vintage’ area of the Souk where we experienced a traditional tea ceremony with the wonderful Fatima and Mama Maleka and had the tastiest couscous ever. They are a mother/ daughter independent business. I liked everything but was really surprised by the cucumber soup. If you come, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed

8 courses in one evening - The tour was well organised and our host knew a lot about the different dishes offered to us. Lots of walking was involved so wear confortable footwear!

Great tour through the medina - Mohammed was a great guide and was really nice to experience things in the medina / souk that we wouldn't have known about or tired without his guidance. Would definitely recommend. Have a light lunch before (or better, skip it) as you'll need the space for all the food!

Interesting, but... - The tour was very good, guide was very personable and competent. Priced at the upper limit (compared to other tours made in Marrakesh). Because we were in Marrakesh for the first time, we booked the tour. If you have the hotel outside of Marrakesh or are only there for 2 days, then the tour is worth it. We had our hotel near the center (4 days), so we could have saved the tour. But we absolutely don't regret the tour!
