Ait Ben Haddou - Ascend to a height of 2,200 meters above sea level, stopping in the Ounila Valley to explore the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. This renowned kasbah, once a traditional caravan route linking Marrakech to the southern Sahara, has been the backdrop for numerous blockbuster films such as “The Mummy,” “Gladiator,” “Seven Years in Tibet,” and “Alexander the Great.”
Agdz - Travel the remaining 167 km to reach the Zagora dunes, passing through the village of Agdz, which gradually emerges from the Anti-Atlas Mountains. Relish the stunning views of the Draa Valley, adorned with the initial rooftops of the Kasbah and its palm tree oasis, leading to the Zagora desert dunes.
Zagora - Upon arrival in Zagora, enjoy a memorable camel ride on the dunes and delight in local cuisine within a Saharawi tent (Khaïma) at a specially prepared bivouac for an overnight stay.
