Incredible experience from start to finish - I cannot say enough how amazing this experience was. It’s a hella early pick up but once you’re in the balloon and see the sunrise it’s all worth it. Safety was paramount, everyone was given an individual briefing whilst having some tea, the landing was also practiced before we took off, it was just magical, I LOVED every moment. Wrap up, it is cold especially in the winter months. If you get cold easy, try to get in first so you’re by the middle compartment with the burners. On landing we were served a breakfast before returning. We paid 40 Euros for the video, I’m glad we did, they use a drone to capture your moments and the photographer took loads of photos when we weren’t looking, capturing some really beautiful natural moments I’ll treasure forever. Cannot recommend enough.

Floating - We had an unforgettable experience celebrating our first date anniversary. It’s was magical and serene experience, perfect way to mark a special occasion, and a departure from the madness and hustle of our normal life. Amazing experience - We witnessed a beautiful sunrise over the Atlas Mountains, it was truly stunning!! The staff were all super friendly, polite and welcoming, especially Adam, who spoke perfect English and liaised with us prior to the balloon flight. I would absolutely recommend this!!!

Ride was Excellent but huge lack of communication - Found this activity on Viator and booked for my last full day in Marrakech. The driver did not arrive until 6am despite the ticket saying 5am. He did communicate the night before that he would be there at 5:40am. Once that time came he hadn’t arrived and he called us but unfortunately did not speak English only knew a few words. We could not communicate with him effectively. The drive from our hotel was about 25 mins. You go through some very dark dirt roads that had us all skeptical at one point. Once we arrived we weren’t given any instructions on where to go he just pointed to a building. We went in and there were many people there to get on. They did offer coffee and tea prior to flight but the tea was lukewarm. There was a photographer there that came to offer us a package deal that came with drone footage and pictures. He also gave us a go pro to take pictures and videos while we were on. I recommend layering up and wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. You have to climb into the basket. The ride was very smooth and I realized I was nervous for nothing. Ride was about 50 minutes and the landing was smooth. Once we landed we were confused on where to go from the random field. I had to call the host to get directions on where to go next. Once we arrived back to the starting point breakfast was served. It was decent. Once the host gets all the kinks worked out this will be an excellent excursion but right now the lack of communication had us all concerned many times during the excursion and for that I have to rate it a 3/5
