Waterfalls so so so - Cute but very far from marrakech .. the guide and the driver the top.... to do but no. Of course... there is a road to walk about 1 hour and a half, passing dangerous bridges

Dangerous path to waterfall - I had booked the trip a couple of days in advance, and was a bit confused when the guide picking us up wasn't the same person with whom I had exchanged messages about time etc. "We swopped", said Mustafa. OK so far, as he and the driver Passo were on time at our hotel. We set off to the mountains, and the guide told us which valleys we were going to visit. Otherwise he wasn't very informative. The valleys are beautiful even at this time of year (January), and the women's cooperative was interesting to visit. The same can definitely not be said about the waterfall in Ourika. The overview of the excursion programme says "We will also visit a waterfall in the middle of nowhere. The hike will be smooth and the view is breathtaking, amazing, and beautiful." It was not! First a gravel road, which was OK, to the first "waterfall". A sorry sight with almost no water. The road to the second one was a steep and stony path with no railings or steps, only slippery stones to step on. Definitely not for persons with walking difficulties, or with small children. It was surely not a smooth hike, and we were not prepared for such a challenge. You should absolutely change the description! Also this waterfall was very small, in my opinion not worth the effort to get thereat this time of year. Our guide lead us back to the village, but didn't talk about Berber way of life. The lunch was nice, tagine with chicken, but it was served in what seemed to be a restaurant, not a Berber home. We enjoyed the scenery during the day. but otherwise the excursion was disappointing.
