Not a safe agency, beware - Beware that this agency cannot enter hotel complex and does not state so clearly. Then they want you to leave the hotel complex on your own without any evidence with the security. That is a very dangerous and non standard behaviour in Egypt. Because of that our planned day trip was cancelled and we claimed a full refund for a no show.
