Perfect for turtle fans - Turtles and dugong seen!!
Pick up went absolutely fine, had to wait a few minutes, but completely within the frame. Drive were about 10 minutes by minibus, on site directly to the boat. There a few introductory words and we had to fill in some stuff. One of the crew spoke German, English , Italian, Russian and a bit Polish. After about 20 minutes on board, around 09:30 we started and after about 15-20 minutes we were already in Marsa Mubarak. Unfortunately, due to very strong winds, we could only drive to this one bay, but we wanted to see turtles and we should be able to do that here, so that was fine for us. After we docked we started and we were allowed in the water. After about 90 seconds we also saw the first turtle and were thrilled. Unfortunately we had an idiot on the way who wanted to lift the turtle up (please don't do anything, don't touch animals/fish and corals!!!), so it swam away of course, but that was only half as bad for us, because we were allowed to admire the next one a few moments later. We were about 12 people from our boat, 2 guides and a cameraman. Everyone was well looked after and if you couldn't do more, you were pulled with a lifebuoy. After 30 minutes we went back on board and we warmed up with tea and rested briefly. A short time later hectic erupted, because a rare dugong was spotted by another group and we quickly jumped back into the water. Unfortunately, there was a lot going on and I got a few fin blows, but was able to admire the dugong up close. Afterwards we were able to snorkel briefly on a reef. After the adventure we had lunch, which was delicious. After that we had 30 minutes to ourselves and I was allowed to swim to the reef again alone and was able to take some nice underwater shots (this is only recommended if you are aware of the dangers posed by the sea and the other people). Afterwards we went back by boat, it was very rocky due to the waves and not for weak stomachs. After we got off the ship we were taken straight back to the hotel. We collected wonderful memories and felt very safe!
Hard Facts:
Date: 31.01.
Weather: Very windy, therefore very wavy
Time from pickup to return at the hotel: 08:45-15:45 (including about 6 hours on the water)
Number of persons: approx. 18 persons
Crew: 8 people
Including: Drinks (water, tea, coffee and Pepsi), food (chicken, beef, potatoes, rice, salad, bread and once babaganush)
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Of course, you have to keep in mind that it is the great outdoors and it is not a given that you see any animals, but turtles almost 100%.

PERFECT - Beautiful boat trip I recommend very much! Everything is organized to the utmost detail... the staff knows every language well, especially Italian, English and Russian. We could both snorkel and dive paying extra but at a good price. All equipment is included except for the diving suit which is cheap. I have to say overall I recommend a lot, also they offer a good photo service for extra charge.

Nagyon jó. - They arrived on time to our. Communication was good. We communicated via WhatsApp. Very safe. The 2 guides went in the water with 2 small groups (6 people/group). And 3. group dive. First stop was a coral wall, about 40 minutes of safe swimming, beautiful. At the 2nd stop we saw 2 giant turtles and a dugong. Then lunch, which was delicious. Everyone was nice. I recommend it. The price was worth it. The guides were perfect, friendly and dear.

Incredible experience - Today, we had the most incredible experience exploring the stunning coral reefs of Marsa Alam. The day was perfectly organized, and every moment felt like a dream come true.
We started our adventure snorkeling in search of the magical dugongs and sea turtles, and to our delight, we were lucky enough to see both! Watching these majestic creatures in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. As if that wasn’t enough, we also had the unexpected pleasure of spotting dolphins swimming gracefully nearby – truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
The coral reef itself was vibrant and teeming with marine life. Swimming among the colorful fish and intricate coral formations felt like entering an entirely different world. The water was crystal clear, and the guides made sure everything was safe, enjoyable, and respectful of the environment.
This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re in Marsa Alam, don’t miss the chance to explore the underwater beauty here. It’s an adventure we’ll cherish forever!

Marsa Mubarak - Booked this activity yesterday through Fady. It was definitely worth his money. Price quality, top. You first go to Marsa Mubarak where the first snorkel stop is. You will definitely find turtles. For the manatee you have to be lucky, apparently there is only 1. We were lucky enough to see him. Then you sail a bit further where you go snorkeling in a 'national park'. Very nice coral and a lot of fish.
The staff does everything to make everyone as comfortable as possible.
The food on the boat is also fine.
Thank you in advance to Fady and to Saïd.
Ps: At other companies you often pay much more for the same as this.

Dugong is nice but time given to explore and snorkel is too short - For good swimmers time for exploring is short and quite boring due also to life jacket. SNORKEL in between boats and the reef not absolutelly a nice experience is like swimming in a port. OF Course the experience of swimming with Dugong is special and the boat personell tried to do their best and assist. But is time to organize trip for experienced swimmer!

On Viator, the trip says... - On Viator, the trip says to start at 8:00. We didn't leave the harbour until 10:30, and back around 15:45.
Wetsuits not included (8 euro pr. person)
