- Marsaxlokk Bay - First, we start off by visiting the picturesque village of Marsaxlokk, in the south-east of Malta. This is a very small village renowned for its fishing community. - Marsaxlokk Bay - First, we start off by visiting the picturesque village of Marsaxlokk, in the south-east of Malta. This is a very small village renowned for its fishing community. It offers peaceful walks and nice cafes along the water strip. If we go on a Sunday then we will be enjoying its typical markets with food and fish stalls, clothing wares and various other nick-nacks.
- Blue Grotto (Il-Hnejja) - Żurrieq is also famous for the beach in Wied iż-Żurrieq and the Blue Grotto which will be our next stop. If you love the sea, then you will surely fall in love with the cool blue waters of Zurrieq. Here you will have the option to take a boat ride and have a closer look at the beauty of the Maltese coast. During summer, you can take a refreshing dip in the sea and lunch in one of the restaurants serving typical Mediterranean cuisine.
- Hagar Qim Temples - Our last destination will be at the site of two of the most famous Megalithic Temples of Malta, Hagar Qim and Mnajdra in Qrendi dating 3600-3200 BC. These two temples are among the most ancient religious sites on Earth and are described by the World Heritage Sites committee as architectural masterpieces.

Great experience, highly recommended - We had a wonderful tour with Cynthia and her husband George. Cynthia is a certified guide and George an amazing driver with much knowledge of his own. Both speak excellent English. They were very flexible about planning around our interests and very helpful since I have a bad ankle and therefore some mobility issues. Their Mercedes van was very comfortable and can seat 6 passengers though probably more comfortable for 4. They mentioned that they have a larger van as well. The countryside and views were amazing, though the sea was too rough to take the boat trip at the Blue Grotto. The temples at Hajar Qim and Mnajdra were mind-blowing and Cynthia’s knowledge and explanations much appreciated. We are not generally tour people but this was a great way to get around with a terrific guide and without having to deal with a group tour. George and Cynthia were happy to drop us at a specific location (not our hotel) at the end and to give us advice about where to go from there. We have already recommended them highly to friends who will be visiting Malta this spring.

Malta in a nutshell - Our guide was perfect. She educated us along the way. She was always waiting for us at the right place and the right time when she dropped us off. It was a lovely half day of exploration. Highly recommend this booking.

Blue Grotto is beautiful! - Tour guide(can't remember her name) was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and a safe driver. Having a private tour is the way to go!!

What I didn’t know about Malta and now I do. - We had an excellent tour guide. Loved the Blue Grotto and the cathedral in Malta. Learning the history of Malta was fascinating.

Highly recommeded Tour - What a lovely experience! I highly recommend this tour. Cynthia was our guide and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything Malta. Her communication was fantastic with emails and very quick responses. Having a private guide to take you around is the best way to see things and makes visits stress free rather than large tourists groups.
Cynthia was a very welcoming tour guide and had us back on the ship within plenty of time.

Wonderful Malta - Cynthia is excellent guide.
She did a wonderful job accommodating my husband who has mobility issues. She made sure that we saw all the highlights of Malta with a limited amount of walking. She was very informative and shared her knowledge of the historical sights as well her local insights about the Island. We loved Malta and hope to come back. Highly recommend this tour as a great way to see a lot in a short time.

Can’t Miss Malta Experience - Cynthia was an excellent tour guide. She showed us different parts of Malta, including Marsaxlokk which we saw this very cute fishing town with a shopping market, the blue grotto by boat and land, Hagar Qim and Mnajdra Temples which she had so much knowledge about and really made the temples comes to life, Ghar Lapsi for a beautiful swim. She also took us through different towns to show us the architecture and life. Overall, best experience!! We really got to experience so much of Malta in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend this tour!

The Blue grotto and prehistory is amazing. A must see! - The most memorable parts were the spectacular blue grotto and its rich prehistory. Our tour guide Cynthia was very knowledgeable and friendly. We very enjoyed our time with her.

Highlights of Valletta - Cynthia was great-from coordinating the pickup to being a source of interesting facts about all of Valletta. She was flexible in our schedule as we had no interest in going to the grotto. I would highly recommend a tour with her. She’s very personable & makes all parts of the tour interesting!

Overpriced and Underwhelming - Money Grab. - For $487, this half-day tour was a complete disappointment. Literally nothing is included—not even a boat ride or a bottle of water. We were just three people visiting a few spots in South Malta. You could easily use Bolt to visit the same locations at a fraction of the price. Other excursions, which include food, drinks, and admission fees, offer much better value for far less. We had been warned about locals overcharging for services, and this tour was the perfect example. Unless the price is drastically reduced, I cannot recommend it.
