Arles - St Rémy - Les Baux de Provence
First, we visit the town of Arles, renowned for its excellently preserved Roman structures including the amphitheatre and the theatre. Additionally, Arles hosts the International Photography Festival from July to September, unveiling a vast collection of art across numerous galleries. We’ll explore the spots where Van Gogh drew inspiration to paint, like the hospital, an isolated bridge, the waterfront of Le Rhône river at night, and outside a café.
Our journey continues to Les Baux de Provence, distinguished for its medieval castle perched on a hilltop, just a short distance from Arles.
Finally, our adventure concludes in St Remy de Provence, a charming city filled with local craft stores and souvenir shops, also decorated with prints of Van Gogh’s paintings along the streets.
Experience the diverse facets of Provence culture. And what’s more? Look forward to tasting an array of olive oils, wines and chocolates!
