- La Fabrique Marseillaise La Table De L’olivier - Cooking classes start either at 9 a.m. or 6 p.m. (depending on the day you are coming for this class) with an appointment at the restaurant, located inside the La Joliette district. We start with a aperitif to talk about local products and then taste it. We’ll head to the kitchen for our class and cook our dinner or lunch. Dinner/Lunch is included and consists of the menu of our restaurant (the meals and drinks indicated are just an example).
