Take in the scenic Palais Longchamp (Water Castle), which was unveiled in 1869 to supply water from the Durance river to Marseille. Ascend to the famous Notre Dame de la Garde basilica, commonly referred to as la Bonne Mère. This structure, built in a Roman-Byzantine style in 1864, replaced an older chapel of the same name. From here, marvel at the stunning panorama of Marseille. Lastly, enjoy the delightful vistas offered by Chateau D’if before you make your way back to the Marseille cruise terminal.
