Venture through Marseille in this half-day journey, experiencing the city’s old port and historical heart. Take in the scenic Palais Longchamp (Water Castle), which was unveiled in 1869 to supply water from the Durance river to Marseille. Ascend to the famous Notre Dame de la Garde basilica, commonly referred to as la Bonne Mère. This structure, built in a Roman-Byzantine style in 1864, replaced an older chapel of the same name. From here, marvel at the stunning panorama of Marseille. Lastly, enjoy the delightful vistas offered by Chateau D’if before you make your way back to the Marseille cruise terminal.
It’s important to note:
The tour accommodates both small and large groups, ranging from 1 to 35 individuals.
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Great tour! - We took the tour to explore Marseille after our cruise stop. It was fantastic! We had enough time to visit most of the tourist attractions and return to the cruise on time.

Great Tour of Marseille - The tour started at the Marseille Cruise Port and lasted for about 4 hours. Our lady tour guide was very pleasant and made the tour very informative and enjoyable. We were taken to the Palais de Longchamp, the Notre Dame de Garde, and the Vieux Port. The bus ride was comfortable and accommodated a large group.

Great tour - Our guide was amazing he showed us things that we never would have expected. He had a very great knowledge of the area and was very friendly and we could understand everything he told us. We would highly recommend everyone take his tour if youhave 2 to 6 people. We're very happy with him and his tour.

Awesome tour guide! - Leila was fantastic! She communicated clearly about meeting points, had boosters for my kids, and was very knowledgeable! She fulfilled every request— even found us a restroom in a government building when my 5 yr old couldn’t hold his potty. She treated us and kids to pastries and helped us with other aspects of our trip. Highly highly recommend!

Well worth the trip - Good overview of Marseille and the harbor. Great views from Notre Dame but be aware of steep climb up about 150 steps. Very nice air conditioned bus too.

Highlights in short tour - We covered a lot of spots in this tour. From the Longchamp ramp to Notre Dame de la Garde basilica and the old port. Nice place to visit and good tour to get the highlights in a couple of hours.

Good tour, large group - The tour was well organized and had some good stops along the way. The group was a bit larger than we expected however, so keep that in mind if booking this excursion.
