Great Seeing Other Towns/Cities - Christophe was great and since we had already been in Cassis, we went to another village instead. This tour is way too expensive for an 8 hour experience for only 2 people. That being my only complaint. We spent alot of time driving rather than walking, sightseeing, etc. Aix and the other village were an excellent addition and we did spend time outside.

Perfect relaxed day tour - We had the most excellent day! Our guide was so extremely friendly & unlike most day tours, we never felt like we were in a rush. He was very accommodating when we needed extra time enjoying certain spots. Start early & check out the smaller villages before the crowds. It was truly a perfect, beautiful day!

Wonderful time in Cassis/Marseille - Cassis was amazing and our guide, Guy, is a lifelong Marseille resident and knew really interesting stops!

Beautiful - Visited 3 distinct cities which were all different and beautiful in their own way. Great architecture in Aix en Provence.

Great day in Aix-en -Provence, Cassis and Marseille. - Chris was the best, showing us the highlights from the point-of-view of a knowledgeable local. He was accommodating, warm and fun. We loved all of our stops. We could not have easily disvorered them on our own without his guidance. Thank you Chris!

Great tour but some considerations needed - Our guide Guy was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. If I had to do it again I would skip AIX and head straight to Cassis to spend more time there since it is so beautiful. We had to fit in alot in a short period of time but he did take us to many good spots and photo opportunities. On the downside while his spoken english was very good, he had a hard time understanding our english. I feel like there should have been an itinerary for the tour- no particular one was given and a bit more thought into bathroom rest stops would have been helpful as there were times we were out in the middle of nowhere and no place to stop. It was basically an 8 hour tour with no consideration for rest stops along the way or any suggestions as to where to eat. Our van was nice but the one row of seats was backwards and there are MANY hills and turns in Cassis and Marseille, leaving most of us borderline car sick through most of the trip. I would still do it again in a heartbeat, Cassis is a must see.

Would have been excellent if we were in a minivan as advertised. - This was a very enjoyable experience overall. Christophe was knowledgable and helpful. However, I booked a minivan for this tour, instead we were brought in a car which for 4 adults, was cramped.

Bad experience - I booked a tour with them, but noone was there at the destination we agreed upon (Picasso Museum). We came twenty minutes late, but I emailed them letting them know we will be late two hours before. Also, no money back and no phone call from them as well.

DO NOT BOOK IF ON A CRUISE - I notified Viator immediately upon hearing our Viking cruise ship would not dock in Marseille due to high winds & seas (day before tour). They refused to refund the trip. Unconscionable.
