Recommended trip to family and kids - It was a beautiful journey . The 3 hours drive really compensated for the early departure. The prometheus cave was really lovely . The Martivali zipline was too short, but the boat ride through the wayerfalls and mountains was amazing and very close to nature. Wonderful feeling. My kids loved it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Surely, I recommend it to anyone, especially for family and kids.

One of our best experience, trustfull and kindly guides - A trip with BFT travel agency exceeded my expectation from the first to the last moment. They are allways available when you need them. They quickly response on all your questions. Our guide Ana was a real pearl, she gave us so much interesting information, she was allways in a good mood, prepare to help in a case of a need. I would give 10 stars to this agency if I could. Dont think too much, but just go with them. Georgia is waiting for you and this agency is the right adress to make your wish come true.

The Viber Gang of BFT in kutaisi - This was a perfect for the ending for Georgia trip even though the weather was not appealing for us The BFT group of Mr. Lasha Hi,Ms.Chinka,Ms.Anna and Mr.Nicol helped us to create a beautiful vibe within the group thoroughly enjoyed the group of guides were really different, they helped us to minkle with the strangers easier and in a larger group also made the experience more personal. Thanks to their kind efforts to keep the group lively. Wish them all the very best. Surely recommend the BFT to our friends. :)

Well organized tour but not that impressed with canyon and caves - A lot of reviews talk about the travel time and it is true that you are travelling long hours - 7 am departure, 3 hour drive to Kutaisi, 30 minute drive to Prometheus Cave, 1 hour drive to the canyon and then 4.5 hours drive back to Tblisi. This means, you will be spending more than 12 hours on the road for approximately 45 minutes of the cave, 15 minutes in the canyon and weather-permitting 15 minutes on the boat ride in the canyon. However, this is probably something you should know before the booking. People taking this tour, don't have the time to stay overnight in Kutaisi and still want to do the key highlights from Kutaisi. It will involve significant travel time. I appreciate that this tour is being offered to those of us based out of Tbilisi but wanted to see more of Western Georgia. Once you are convinced to take this tour, the tour itself is well organized. The hosts who meet you at 6:30 am i the morning were very positive and peppy, so early in the morning and tried to create an exciting atmosphere for 6 very groggy guests. The guide - Tengo, who joined us in Kutaisi was also very energetic and peppy throughout and would be happy to share the information he has. I also appreciate that he created a Whatsapp group between the guests to foster connections and share several photographs that he took of the group. For some reason, he isn't spoken about much on these reviews but Tengo is a great guide. Much appreciate his energy and knowledge. The two activities itself - Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Caves was ok. The caves were stunning but the tour by the official cave team was a bit staid. The caves-assigned tour guide rushed through her talk and barely even waited for people to reach the spot to finish her talk. As the cave involves single file movement, it meant that she was next to useless to giving any information on the caves. Thankfully, Tengo, our tour guide compensated for it. I also found the pathway to be too structured with its steps, lights and lanes that took away from the authenticity. The canyon was ok because it rained the entire day, we couldn't take the boating tour. The walk was 10 minutes and beautiful to look at but a little too long a drive for the final result. Not sure if I would have liked the canyon more had the boat tour been operational. However, I felt a little bit disappointed with the end result of driving so long to go to the canyon. My score is reflective of the tour efforts of the company rather than the actual tour. If I had to rate the canyon and cave, I would have probably given it 2 stars instead.

Kutaisi - Good! Too bad we did not get to ride the boats through the canyons. Ana is an accommodating tour guide, very relaxed and friendly.

Recommend, but stay the night at Kutaisi - The places are incredible, but coming and going back to Tbilisi was very hard. Total of 8 hours in a mini-bus/van is not the best choice. I would sleep a night before or after the tour at Kutaisi...
