Additional Information
- We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in the Eurocopter helicopter and may incur additional cost subject to the number of passengers travelling.
- All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for two where the combined total is 180kg…
- We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in the Eurocopter helicopter and may incur additional cost subject to the number of passengers travelling.
- All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for two where the combined total is 180kg or more in total must book a private flight. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger EC130 (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier)
- All flights are sold on a shared basis where up to 6 passengers may be travelling on the helicopter. Single passenger bookings are welcome however all flights require a minimum of 2 passengers to depart.
- If you have an infant (a passenger under 2 years), you will be required to book a private flight for additional cost.
- Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations.
- Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight
- You will receive confirmation of your flight time and scheduled pickup time from a City hotel (if required) via email.
- If you do not require transfer or are staying in an area outside the City you can make your own way to our base, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time.
- Please ensure that we have a phone number (including country code if applicable) for when you are in Sydney in case we need to get in contact with you on the day of the flight.
- Individual passengers in excess of 110kg can’t be confirmed on shared flights due to aircraft limitations and operating capacities.

Brilliant Flight - This was an amazing experience and I’m so pleased I made a last minute decision to book it.
The booking process was really straight forward and I felt it was very reasonably priced. I was collected from circular quays by a driver (can’t remember his name) who really set the trip up from the outset. He was really friendly, yet professional and explained what would happen on the afternoon.
Check in at the Helitour office was quick and the safety briefing easy to follow.
The pilot put me at ease and talked us through the flight and places we were flying over, throughout the flight. I got some amazing photos and videos from the tour and would highly recommend it.

Breathtaking Sydney and Blue Mountains Heli Tour - We were on the Sydney and Blue Mountains trip, from booking the trip through Kali to being picked up and then our flight with Antoine was top notch, the pilot Antoine was very knowledgeable of all the local landmarks giving both my wife and I excellent views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and all the Bridges’s and local beeches and places of interest. Our flight up to the Blue Mountains was smooth and the views breathtaking. We landed at a local grass airstrip and were met my Eric from Blue Mountains 4WD, Eric took us around all the best sites in the Blue Mountains and he was an encyclopedia of local knowledge, the Three Sisters views were amazing, the other local sites were just as amazing. Our return flight with Antoine was just as spectacular flying over the Three Sisters and the mountain range, our flight into Sydney and then along the coastline taking in Bondi Beach will be an experience we will never forget. My advice to anyone would be to book directly with the company and not through an agent the organization and communication from Kali and the whole staff was second to none, I would highly recommend this tour if you wanted extraordinary, memories, views, videos and photos you will cherish for many years to come.

Incredible experience - Incredible experience, without a doubt a highlight of my trip. Friendly driver for the pick up and drop off from Sydney CDB. Pilot gave a great commentary pointing out all the highlights during the flight. Big windows on the helicopter to take amazing photos. If you're thinking about doing it then I would definitely suggest it, and if you aren't thinking about it - start doing so!

Heliflight Sydney - The pickup in the city worked very well, everything went very quickly and the Sydney Heli Tours team was very professional. The flight itself took 35 minutes and went from the heliport at the international airport over the city with great views of the opera house, harbor bridge and the harbor. Then we went across the entire harbor to Manly, and down the entire coast to behind Bondi Beach, from here back to the heliport with subsequent transport back to the city. thank you for this great experience

Fantastic helicopter experience. - My friend and I were visiting from UK and booked with Helitours as a treat to round up our trip. What a sensational experience it was.
We were picked up at a local hotel by Peter in a lovely mini bus. After just one stop to collect another couple we were on our way. A swift half hour journey to Mascot where the airport is, and a briefing from Peter, and we were ready to sign in and begin our adventure.
First the weigh in, and the safety talk. The weigh in is so important because of the need to establish the correct centre of gravity for the aircraft. We were shown to our C120 Eurocopter and introduced to our pilot Max. Seated according to weight distribution, Max explained the radio system and who we would hear, then it was ready to go. A fabulous smooth journey with an expert description of where we were, and what we were seeing across Sydney City, Sydney harbour, the iconic landmarks. Cunard Queen Elizabeth was moored up in the harbour, and looked marvelous backdropped against the bridge and the opera house. Out over the northern beaches, over Bondi, and back to the airport. A thirty minute flight that was just brilliant.

This was a trip that was so worth the money. Thank you to all involved.

Helicopter Ride Over Sydney - I had friends from Canada that were here in Sydney for a short time. I felt that this was the best way to show them Sydney beaches and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were fantastic and the only thing stopping from giving a 5 star rating was the attitude of the pilot. He did however warm up eventually. Don’t let that stop you there are other pilots I meet that were very nice.

Wonderful experience - Pick UP on Time with Peter, the flight was delayed because of sydney airport (not helitours) WE took a lot of very nice photos.
4 stars because of the delay, the dropoff at noon at Sydney was impossible,so i had to pay a taxi to be on Time at Sydney..
The tour was Amazing ,i recommend
