Stress free. - Great way to arrive into the city we haven't visited in quite a while! Took the confusion out of navigating the city on arrival.

PRISTINE SERVICE WITH A PRODUCT TO MATCH USING HUGHES CHAUFFEUR SERVICE - I had a great experience with my Sydney Airport to hotel private transfer with Hughes Chauffeur Service recently. Both the Audi Q7 SUV as well as the service was pristine. The vehicle was so clean inside and out that you could virtually eat off the floor. The driver was friendly and opened and closed the door for me each time and assisted with my luggage. I highly recommend Hughes Chauffeur Service.

Always Reliable, Always Professional! - Super reliable, as usual. I use Hughes for all of my travel across Australia and have never had an issue with them. The office is always incredibly friendly and the chauffeurs are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them and will certainly continue using them.

Effortless - Perfect service. Our driver greated us at the arrivals hall, and assisted with our luggage. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but has a careful and professional driver. The right mix of humour and information about the city that would be useful to is during our stay.

Excellent experience - The driver was there as we entered the arrivals hall at the Sydney airport, with a nice greeting and a big smile on his face. He was friendly, an excellent driver, and navigated to our Sydney hotel with no problem.

On time - Our driver was excellent. He got us to the airport right on time. He was very polite and concerned about us.

Disappointing transfer - After reading the reviews I thought this would be a going selection but I was really disappointed in their service. After flying for 24 hours we were looking forward to a stress free transfer. We arrived to the arrivals hall 35 minutes after our scheduled landing as instructed only to find no driver. Every other company had people out there with signs. A very nice lady from one of those companies assisted us by attempting to call the driver unsuccessfully. She ended up calling Hughes to ask for information. The driver finally showed up a half hour later, casually dressed, no sign, it looked a little sketchy. He walk us to his vehicle. Why was it dirty? It’s a transfer, chauffeur business, I’m not understanding why the car was not washed. I booked the Mercedes minibus but there was not enough space in the rear for 8 suitcases so we had to put two of them on the seats with us. I would probably not book with them again.

Just take an uber - Our flight changed three times, I contacted the operator each time and heard nothing back from them. When we finally arrived in Sydney we waited for 20 minutes the. Took an Uber. I’m so disappointed in the service but especially in the communication or lack there of.

Hopeless - Hopeless - driver did a no show and the tour operator denied having any record despite it being paid for in advance and confirmed. Very ordinary

Left stranded - The driver didn’t turn up and we had no contact from the company. Despite providing booking reference the company had no record of our booking and had no interest in assisting us when we rang from airport. Currently seeking a refund but no response so far.
