- Maspalomas - We will walk along a trail in the central part of the island near the highest peak of Gran Canaria – Pico de las Nieves (1949m above sea level). One of the attractions is the view of the neighboring Roque Nublo, the east and south coast of the island and with good visibility of the Pico de Teide (3718m above sea level) in Tenerife….

- Sports or trekking shoes (with a good grip) are mandatory and will be checked by the guide before starting the excursion. During our routes, we recommend mountain clothing or sports clothing.

- In the period from April to September, rainfall is low, the temperature even in the highest part of the mountains is around 22 degrees, reaching up to 26 degrees in June, July and August. The T-shirt usually fits us well, but it is always good to wear long-sleeved clothing.
- The months of October to March are a variable period of time and more frequent rains (we always try to avoid carrying out our excursions during rainy days, but sometimes the weather can surprise us). It is recommended (during the mandatory cold days) warm clothing with long sleeves (pants, polartec) and a waterproof jacket that can work perfectly as a windbreaker.
- In case of force majeure that prevents the excursion from continuing or endangers the health or life of the excursion participants (weather conditions, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify the route or change it to another / another date, or cancel it.
- Recommended minimum age for children: 8 years.

Enjoyable - Really good, gives you a completely different view of Gran Canaria, Maciej ( the guide) is very knowledgeable and gives you lots of varied information of the area. Was so surprised to be walking through pine forest, pictures of snow and Gran Canyon vibes. Give it a go and see a complete different view of the interior of the island. Thanks Maciej

Fantastic hike with amazing views - I had a fantastic hike. The tour guide was knowledgeable and professional. The views were amazing and the hike was a great deal of fun. I highly recommend this tour.

Lovely day out. - A really nice day out. Maciej made sure all fitness levels were accommodated. Not too tricky assuming a reasonable level of fitness and decent shoes. Made a nice change from the hotels and well worth the effort. Well explained and guided. Lunch a bonus. Do it if you can.

5* experience with a superb tour guide - Matte, the tour guide and owner was brilliant. He explained things as we went along. We took regular breaks and there was no rushing. We were blessed with beautiful weather and could see the top of Mount Teide, Tenerife 180 kilometres away. The views throughout the hike were stunning. The hike is over 4 hours in total. Midway we reached the summit of the second highest peak (the highest peak can only be reached by rock climbers). We took an extended break here and hikers were encouraged to eat food they had taken with them.
The lunch included in the price was at the end of the hike after a 40 minute journey in the minibus. The lunch was very pleasant however, for me, I would rather have just got back to the resort.

Perfect hiking trips. The highlight of our holiday. - Excellent day trips. We did the waterfalls trip and peaks of gran canaria too. Our guide Maciej was friendly, knowledgable, laid back, caring, professional and fun. Perfect guide. Plenty of breaks and the day was not too long but not too short. Lunch was brilliant. All very good value and amazing memories and connections to nature made. The views were outstanding and we learnt a lot about the plants, animals and surrounding landcapes. Would recommend and return in a heartbeat. Thank you Maciej for our favourite days on Gran Canaria.

Amazing day with a great guide, definitely a must to see a different view of the island . . - From start to finish this was an amazing day hiking, not for the faint hearted as there are some very rocky parts and steep, narrow places, but it’s hiking, not a stroll in the park. Our guide Maciej was great, from
being picked up at our hotel in a very clean, air conditioned mini bus to being dropped off he was full of great information, told us all what to expect and has maps to show where we would be climbing. There were four different languages in our group and he communicated in all perfectly . The meal at lunch after the hike was really good, this is a different and exciting way to see the island and would 100 percent recommend this as a great day out. Thank you Maciej, we will definitely be back.
