• Via Casalvecchio, 7 - Maria lives in a charming village on the Sorrento Peninsula. Her home is surrounded by greenery, where the rooster, guardian of her hens, and various birds perched on the fence wake the family each morning. Together with her family, they cultivate their land (Tenuta Oro Verde), producing fresh vegetables and preserves for winter consumption. Maria inherited her love for cooking from her paternal grandmother, also named Maria, a great cook and gourmet. Her grandmother taught her the art of making fresh pasta using ancient recipes, the importance of quality ingredients, and the value of gathering around the table. She also passed down her cherished recipe book. Over time, cooking became a way for Maria to bring people together—friends, neighbors, or relatives—and share something precious called “time.” Now, with “Mari’ Cooking Class,” she honors her grandmother Maria by sharing a piece of her heritage and enthusiasm with everyone. Our class offers a hands-on experience where you’ll learn to create some of the most beloved traditional dishes. Together, we’ll prepare a special second course, Graffe (Italian doughnuts), fresh pasta including Ravioli, and Eggplant Rolls.

With a maximum of 6 participants, this small group setting ensures personalized attention and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. After cooking, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created, surrounded by the stunning views of the Amalfi Coast.
