We will depart from the hotel in Sorrento at 8:00, heading straight for Capaccio to tour the renowned Vannulo mozzarella factory. We will depart from the hotel in Sorrento at 8:00, heading straight for Capaccio to tour the renowned Vannulo mozzarella factory. We will spend an hour observing the entire buffalo mozzarella production process, followed by a delightful mozzarella tasting session. After this culinary adventure, we will undertake a 15-minute drive to the Archaeological site of Paestum for a two-hour guided tour around the Greek Temples and the museum. Post this enlightening tour, we will pause for lunch in the surrounding area. A short 15-minute ride post lunch takes us to the Vini del Cavaliere winery where we will spend two hours exploring the vineyards, inspecting the cellar and savouring a wine tasting of six unique wines.
