Outstanding Service - We took a long trip and a short trip with Sanjeev. And both were excellent. Sanjeev is a safe, efficient and knowledgable driver. He arrived a few minutes early both times. The long trip was Auckland to Hobbiton in stormy weather. Sanjeev planned the trip well and knew the road and traffic conditions so that we arrived on time with no need to rush to make it or waste time to avoid being too early. The ride was comfortable and stress free with a 30 min rest stop both ways. The short trip was an airport transfer. Again, it was efficient and timely. Sanjeev handled the bags, walked us into the terminal and oriented us as to where to go for check-in, food and security. On both trips he pointed out things along the way, we did not stop but the information made for a more interesting journey. Both vehicles were quite new and were spotlessly clean and roomy for our group of four. Outstanding service that we will happily book again and recommend to others.

Great experience - Great experience! Sanjeev was an excellent driver, and very informative about New Zealand. He got us to Hobbiton early and was patient in waiting for us after our tour ended and we went back into the gift shop. He kept us updated, let us know what vehicle to expect, and was generally pleasant all around. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Best Hobbiton and airport transport in NZ - We totally recommend booking with Shine Tours and Travel for your transport in NZ. Sanjeev was great at communicating with us for pickup times, reliable, and flexible for our plans to go to Hobbiton for the second breakfast tour as well as airport transfers. He also was a great guide to the city and gave a ton of good recommendations for restaurants and shops. Thanks Sanjeev for making our short time in New Zealand very memorable and stress free!

Amazing Service - This was the best part/find of our trip. I wasted money with another tour company before my friends and I used Shine Shuttle for 3 airport transfers, a drive to Hobbiton, and a custom tour to other attractions. For the money and service you will not find better value. Don't book the big tour companies use Shine Shuttle.

Perfect transportation! - We had a perfect experience with Sanjeev and our transportation to and from Hobbiton. Communication with him was clear and easy. We arrived to Hobbiton ahead of schedule and were able to get on an earlier tour. The van was clean and comfortable, and Sanjeev was pleasant, friendly, and a safe driver. After a week of driving ourselves elsewhere in New Zealand, it was nice to leave the driving to a professional and relax for the day. Highly recommend this company for transportation needs in Auckland!

Friendly and efficient - Friendly and efficient driver (Sanjeev) picked us up outside the cruise ship and drove us to Hobbiton. On the road he pointed out interesting landmarks and told us a lot about New Zealand in casual conversation. Clean car. Buy your Hobbiton tour tickets first and he will advise regarding pickup time.

Sanjeev is your go-to guy for reliable transport - Sanjeev is great! He was communicative throughout booking process, was on time on the day of (and even brought us water bottles for the drive), and catered to on-demand toilet breaks during the drive to and from Hobbiton (we had 3 kids in the car). Vehicle used was not new but clean and drove well.

Isn't a tour is a private driver - Great place to visit but this wasn't a tour. They should not advertise it as one , is a private drive to Hobbiton , and then you have to purchase your tour tickets there and do the tour.
