Amazing tour - Mimma was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable about the history, ecology and geology of the area. She suggested that we change the timing of our tour to see the sun setting over Matera Sassi. Definitely worth the trip if you can get Mimma as your guide!

Beautiful - Very welcoming people with Imma and Francesco and as if you have always known them, if you have to see something in Matera go to them you will feel at home

Breathtaking sunset - The afternoon tour was certainly an optimal choice, the sunset over Matera is truly characteristic. The guide is very good at explaining, including history and anecdotes.

Splendid Murgia Park - Very very nice tour! Absolutely worth doing because first of all the guide is very knowledgeable and very engaging. Then because there is the possibility of visiting 3 churches inside. Without a guide you wouldn't understand anything!

Trained guides and recommended tours to approach the city with awareness - We took part in the Murgia Park tour, but the review also includes the Sassi di Matera tour. In practice, the day of visits was structured as follows: morning visit to the Sassi (with Angelo) and afternoon visit to the Murgia Park (with Francesco). In both visits we found guides who were prepared, available and also with a pleasant sense of humor which helps to spend the hours of visits pleasantly. We had a very good time: prompt service and everything as agreed. The lady who welcomes visitors at the entrance to the agency is also kind and helpful. Matera has remained in our hearts. Thank you.

The Murgia from prehistory to today - Also very interesting for the explanations of the archaeologist Francesco who pleasantly narrated the territory from the dinosaurs through the Julian Whale to the rock churches up to today.

We will be back - Mimma opened the us up to the magic of the nature and history of the Murgia. Incredible to see the results of the interaction of man and nature for over 10000 years. Beautiful views too!

Interesting but tiring - Super knowledgeable guide, kind and made the visit carefully done, maybe at times a microphone was needed but in general this encounter with Matera, the Murgia and its history was very enriching.

Amazing views - The views were fantastic. Our guide timed the tour so we saw the sunset over Matera. Lots of walking, but we’ll worth it!
