Superb experience - Great for beginners. Long shallow water. Friendly instructor, school just at the beach. I can recommend only, will come back. Even in rain it was a joyride.

Excellant - Great afternoon! All equipment is provided. The instructor (Yohan) gave a great Trip Tip to help me, I had plenty of time to practice and catch waves. For all new ones! Great Surfing Experience! - I pre-alignment with Joao was perfect. I booked 1 week surf camp in combination with surf house CASA RIETSCH as accommodation (Just few minutes walking distance to each other). The lessons in the group were cool and the coaches are guiding you. Once I was stable using the board I was trying to catch the waves alone getting some tips from the coach. Overall very professional and cool. Surfing is really fun and a nice activity close to Porto/Masentinhos area. Personal belonging could be stored at the surf shop. Highlight was that a private photographer (IG: vitazmi_photo) joined one group lesson and made great photos for a really fair price. Without her I would not have any foto on the board while surfing.

Awesome family experience! - Our family took a group surf lesson with Ricardo, and the kids (10 and 13) loved it! All of us were able to get up on our boards by the end with Ricardo’s help. The wetsuits are very helpful since we had an overcast day, and the water is quite cold. Highly recommend for a family activity when in the area! We took a bolt from Porto which was very convenient and only about $10 eu.

Great instructors - Rafael and photography student from Dublin were amazing instructors. We meant a lot, very helpful. We had a fun experience.

Very nice - It was very fun. I would definetly do it again. We started a little later than planned but we also stopped later. You might consider that if you have a full calendar

Would not recommend! - We were traveling as a group of friends! And it was the first time we tried surfing. I would not recommend this place if you want motivated coaches and staff. It felt like no one liked their job, and the coach/instructor got disappointed when you didn’t understand something or did wrong. In the end of the class the instructor was surfing by himself… so i would recommend going somewhere where the instructor is good at teaching and love the job.
