ALL AROUND EXCEPTIONAL from the array of options to the quality of the experiences! - Multiple amazing experiences with OUTDOOR! My partner and I booked the Night Sledding with Fondue experience as well as the Ice Climbing Taster Course. I was struggling to find fun winter activities that did not involve skiing during our trip to Switzerland but am beyond grateful that I discovered OUTDOOR. Their activities were based in Interlaken or Grindelwald which were very easily accessible by the excellent Swiss public transportation network. Both of the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and prioritized our safety. All of the staff that we interacted with from the company was kind and helpful, and operations felt organized and efficient. Despite having many different activities occurring at overlapping times and many different employees corralling dozens of customers at all times, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. For night sledding, our guide was Alan. The activity itself was very fun and going at night provided a unique challenge, but Alan ensured that we were safe and well looked after throughout the evening. We drove about 20 minutes from the meeting spot to get to the mountain. It included a gondola ride as well, and then one track down the slope but broken up into several shorter rides. Definitely DO wear good, strong hiking shoes, not sneakers! The guides all coordinated our rides afterwards and even dropped us at our train station after the fondue! I could not recommend this company more highly!!

Night sledding fun! - I highly recommend this excursion and company to anyone looking for a bit of adventure! We had a blast on our night sledding activity! Booking was easy and the staff is very friendly and informative! Our fearless leader Jannik was excellent! He helped us navigate the sledding path no problem and took great care of us! The dinner afterward was delicious!

Need to do! - More intense sledding than I anticipated, but I loved it! So much fun. The stars and mountains were so beautiful. I wasn’t cold besides in my toes so wear extra socks! The food after was great and a fun way to end the night. What an experience!

Decreasing fun - The whole activity is very nice, but it loses quality as it progresses, especially for its price. The guides are smiling and very sociable, the view of the starry sky at the top of the mountain is breathtaking for city dwellers who are not used to it, and the luge descent is top at the start, but several dishes require getting up and walking on the second half of it. The real disappointment remains the fondue which was too light for 5 people (1 cup for 5 and little served), and especially it is done down Interlaken, when we thought it would be eaten in the beautiful restaurant at the exit of the gondola, up the mountain. It will still be a beautiful memory.

Sledding was OK, getting there was horrible - Organisers was not organised. We had to wait half an hour for the organisers to get organised with their transport and another 1 hour to get to the top of the mountain. What we didn't know was we'd be travelling with 30 other people most of whom were not pleasant companions even during the fondue dinner. If you dont mind those, the sled experience itself is an experience worth doing at least once in your life if you can.
