Phenomenal trip - My wife and I had a spectacular trip. We got to swim/snorkel side by side with two beautiful Sea Turtles. Sydney and Danny were the crew mates and they were awesome. Very attentive and friendly. Captain Jamie gave great direction and was a wealth of knowledge. The crowd size was great at about 15 people which was nice. Would strongly recommend Maui Snorkel to anyone interested in a great time with folks that go the extra mile to make you happy!

Great experience with awesome crew! - The boat and guest capacity was the perfect size for a more intimate experience. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw many many turtles, such a wide variety of fish and even eagle rays. The crew was interactive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The slide was a blast! We researched many snorkeling tours and couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice.

Making Memories - The crew did the best they could with the late afternoon windy conditions. The vibe was awesome, crew was on point, saw beautiful fish and a friendly turtle AND the crew remember that a couple folks in my party were gluten free and they had their special sandwiches and cookies ready for them. This was my 3rd Maui snorkeling trip, but definitely my favorite. Also, my teens appreciated the Captain’s playlist. Wonderful memories made!!!

Amazing views - It was great experience for us the crew was amazing almost missed it but since we fit there very welcoming and captain Paul great sense of humor personality 👏 👍 😀 lady crew awesome

Lived it - Great tour! My familybreally enjoyed themselves. Tour guides were informative and fun! Lunch was great! Black sand beach was my favorite part!

Book it… lots of fun! - Capt Greg, Emily, and Walker made excellent hosts aboard this fun excursion. Our family has done a lot of these types of adventures, and this crew/company made this awesome! They’re real, funny, helpful, and work hard to make an awesome adventure. Don’t hesitate to book this! Kids loved the slide, lunch with drinks, sandwich, and pasta salad was good, snorkeling was fun, and a good time has by all!

Molokini crater and snorkeling and slide - Crew was amazing! Very supportive and kind! We loved it and strongly recommend! It’s worth it!! As someone who is not a strong swimmer they take their time and showed me how to properly snorkel.

Great time, friendly staff, good food - Great time for my 4 kids! They loved the snorkeling and the guides were amazing. Everyone who used it enjoyed the slide but some of the kids were too busy enjoying the snorkeling to try the slide. The snacks provided were good, they checked about allergens for us, and provided plenty of drink variety to choose from. The staff was great and so friendly, I was amazed how well they handled a "Karen" on our cruise with politeness, friendliness and patience. Wonderful time for the whole family glad we went.

Bait and switch - The crew was friendly and knowledgeable but did not go to the advertised destinations. Rather than turtle town, coral gardens or Molokini, they took us to a mostly dead reef with not much of a variety of fish, poor visibility and no turtles. I realize they cannot control the weather (there was a large swell out of the west apparently) but they should have cancelled or given the option before leaving the dock. This was my granddaughter’s first excursion and was hugely disappointing. The lunch served was pretty good except for the strangely grey roast beef - ham and turkey were good - the pasta salad was awesome and the cookies were delicious, but that didn’t make up for the second worst snorkel destination I’ve ever been to.

Murky water, no fish, rough water. Much worse than snorkeling from shore. - They dropped us in a murky water with no fish. Enough said 😂 Water was rough and you had to swim very very far TO THE SHORE to get to a place of better visibility with at least a few fish. My kids couldn't swim that far in rough waters. You are much better off to swim from the shore! Better visibility was a few yards from the shore. And of course they can say they don't guarantee anything and they can't control the weather etc. The weather was great for the time and season and if they are in business of taking people snorkeling and charging 100s of dollars, they should find a way to provide better results. It was the worst snorkeling trip I have had and I had many in and out of USA. We see tons of fish from shore here. Crew was ok but made no effort to get into the water or find or show any sea life at all. I don't recommend any afternoon snorkeling trips judging this experience. It's a waste of time and energy. Also, they decide destination randomly. Captain said that the weather was so great that he was going to take us somewhere else. Meanwhile, I was told that they will stick to the planned itinerary unless weather is bad. After experiencing terribly rough water on this tour, I asked the captain whether water would have been calmer in the alternate destination that he had suggested and he said that it would have been even rougher. That makes no sense.
