Great evening with good food and amazing performance! - This was a wonderful Luau. Well organized! Westin is a beautiful venue. They didn't charge for parking when you tell them you are here for the Luau. Although the Luau is not on the beach, it is by the beach. You can see the sunset before the performance starts. There is so much food and desert! Each table has its turns to go to the buffet, so it was not too crowded. I am very glad we chose this Luau, the dance style is just what I liked, more Hawaiian than Polynesian. The dancers were so graceful. The fire dance was amazing! I have been to other luaus before, this one is definitely one of the best so far. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but missing knives - Food, service, dancers and fire show were fabulous. The drinks were tasty. Souvenirs to purchase as well as photos. Where was the knife portion of the show?

Great experience, but hotel needs better directions and signage to the luau. - The staff assigned to the tables were excellent like Noel, but we were about 30min late to the event and we were unable to find any signage leading to the luau from the parking lot. The food was okay, but the show performers were so good it made a great night despite the initial hiccups.

A great experience - I loved the dancing and music and atmosphere. It is a fun way to learn about the culture. The food was just ok. Everything seemed really salty but maybe that’s just me. The open bar was nice, even for nonalcoholic drinkers.

No Refund as promised - I booked the Luau one day before the scheduled appointment. Two hours later I get an email saying it was cancelled due to low attendance and I need to reschedule. Since tomorrow was our last full day on Maui I couldn't reschedule and requesting a refund. The customer service agent said she'd refund us immediately. That has not happened and they insist that I did not attend the luau as scheduled. No response yet after my explanation and why the confusion about if it was or was not scheduled but I did talk to viator that day and they had promised my refund. I was so disappointed and now twice! I'm out $600+ !!
