Amazing show and excellent food. - Our first Luau and we were not disappointed! Large buffet with an excellent variety of food and desserts. Plenty of drinks and our waiter made sure we had everything we needed. The show was amazing, all dancers were outstanding. I highly recommend this show.

Beautiful Show - Our family had a great time! We were seated right by the stage and music. The music was wonderful! I could have listened to them all day. The show was great, the dancing, chants, outfits and history was all tied in together perfectly. Very glad we went!

Great Luau - We were concerned because it started raining a little bit but they had us under a covered area. The dancers and entertainers were fabulous. There was a great variety of food, drinks and desserts. It was definitely worth going to.

Polynesian Luau Checks Off the Boxes - Classic stereotypical Polynesian luau to check the box off on our trip. (Not a traditional Hawaiian luau). Our family of two adults and three teens/preteens had fun, but would look for other options next time. Plenty of food options in abundance to appease every appetite and palate and bottomless tropical drinks were on point. The dancing was entertaining (a bit slow at times) and the fire twirling was a highlight. The Westin is a lovely hotel with immaculate grounds. The food quality was a B+ for the dinner buffet and C for the desserts. They have a super cute kids buffet with a lot of special touches. The desserts were lacking, bland, boring and tasteless. Our server was below average- yes, it was a buffet, so he didn’t do much, but we had to ask 3x for a place setting that was missing from the table. And 2-3x each time for drink refills for the kids. We were never offered coffee with dessert. He was friendly and smiled and said aloha a lot but barely did his job. We did enjoy the show and stories and dances to accompany the islands. At one point our teen son disappeared to go to the bathroom and he was in the adjacent arcade.

Typical Buffet and Hawaiian show-nothing exemplary - The food was alright, not great (the pork was the best). Best described as typical buffet food. We did appreciate the kids buffet. The server for our table was VERY nice and on top of it, bringing more water and drinks before we even asked for it. The show was nice. I couldn't understand the host sometimes. I also wish there was more activities when you arrived before dinner was served. Other than getting overly priced photos and shopping, we just kinda sat there and waited. My son really liked the fire dancing and meeting the performers after the show. At the price we paid, we would rather do something else next time.

Not bad - Food was great, no problem there. Had a wide variety to choose from. Desserts were a bit dry. Unfortunately for What we paid, the seating was not good as a big pillar was in the way while watching the show.

Fire dancing was amazing - The fire dancing was the best part of the whole show. There is quite a bit of down time throughout the 3 hours you're there so if you have young ones, be prepared to entertain a little bit. The food was good, not amazing. Overall, it was a nice experience and a beautiful show to watch.

Cancelled Luau and an empty wallet - Due to weather, our cruise ship did not dock and the Luau was canceled. I understand weatherissues, however, neither Viator nor the Marriott has contacted me regarding a refund. I have reached out through multiple channels and made multiple attempts, without success. I want to continue to use Viator, however, this activity was canceled through no fault of my own. Poor customer service and non-existent outreach is frustrating. $800 is a lot of money to spend on an activity that was canceled. Looking forward to hearing from Viator soon.
