The fastest way to see one of Maui’s most incredible snorkel sites and the famous resident Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles) that reside there. Within minutes of boarding the boat the captain and crew will have you all set up and ready to dive into the action at Mala Wharf, one of the most unique underwater experiences in the islands. A sunken old pier, beautiful tropical fish, amazing colorful coral, eels, starfish, and of course the turtles!
- Minimum drinking age is 21 years
- Travelers must check in 1/2 hour before departure time
- Not recommended for travelers with mobility issues as the boat does board from the beach in the sand.
- Non-swimmers will not be allowed to participate

Snorkeling in warm water with a great crew makes a great day. and - We saw lots of calm turtles and clownfish. The crew was professional, safe, and also fun. We met in front of Whalers Village so the location was convenient. They took us to the old storm-damaged Lanaina pier The underwater piling structures had turned into an artificial reef that provides habitats for fish and other marine organisms. I read about scientists making artificial reefs to create more habitats for sea life and it was inspiring to see one.
The trip was short and sweet. Next time we'll take a longer tour.

The Best - One of the best highlights from our trip. Our whole family had an amazing time and throughly enjoyed our experience. The Best crew around and shoutout to Nick, Luke and Emma! Sea-Maui snorkeling and sunset cruise is a must. Highly recommend!

Amazing crew - incredible snorkeling! - Nick, Mario & entire crew made sure my 77 year old mom was safe & looked after her the entire trip . The view was breathtaking, they even invited a bottlenose dolphin “Carlos” to greet us in the beginning of the tour . Equipment was clean, and functioning perfect ! Thank you team for an amazing time - “Auntie & bisabuela Rose”

Best snorkel trip for 1st time snorkeling - We loved our first time snorkeling! The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything. We saw numerous fish and a turtle up close! After snorkeling we had the best mai tai!

Must Do Activity on Maui - This was my first time on a catamaran and first time snorkeling in Maui. It was the PERFECT experience! I was nervous about the boat ride being bumpy and getting seasick on the way to Honolua Bay; but, Captain Carrie is a pro and just glided through the waves like they were butter! Snorkeling was excellent; they provide life jackets and floaty noodles to help you get around the water with ease. We saw a ton of fish, turtles, seals, and dolphins. One unexpected and delightful surprise was that there was a professional photographer on the boat who took pictures of everyone while they were snorkeling it was nice to be able to just enjoy the experience and then purchase the professional photos afterward. Food and drinks were plentiful; staff was fun and friendly and attentive.
The snorkeling trip was such a great time, we booked a sunset cruise the next day. We had Captain Linda who is a riot and a champ at finding the whales. What an incredibly fun and magical afternoon it was to enjoy the amazing weather, nice cocktails and observe the sea life. This crew was equally fun, friendly and attentive.
Sea Maui will be on our itinerary every trip to Maui.
