Great crew, good for all... - Great crew, good for all levels of snorkelers, good food and drinks. Bonus whale watching as we saw dozens very near our boat.

Fun adventure - Great experience once we got started. Crew was very good. Fun to talk with and outstanding boating skills. The frustrating part was being asked to arrive at 730 for check in at 745. Then no one from the company arrives until after 800. Then we don't leave until 830. Not good.

Helpful staff - Good experience overall and helpful staff for first timers, especially for young children. Food was ok, and that was not priority anyway.

Amazing experience - What a great experience! It was a big, roomy boat with lots of outdoor seating options and plenty of room indoors for viewing and eating. The crew was amazing and did a fantastic job at every part of the trip. We would definitely do this again! Thank you, Pride of Maui!

Pretty fish but no turtles - Pretty snorkeling, attentive staff. Good snorkeling. Beautiful clear water and colorful fish. For those looking for turtles, you will have more luck snorkeling right off beaches in Kihea and Wailea.

Great half day on the water - Wonderful half day of boating and snorkeling. We were able to sign up for Snuba on the boat even though no experience. We saw two turtles which was a highlight along with some whales along the way. Staff wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Bait and switch - if you want the "luxury yacht" experince it isn't this - I was originally booked on their "luxury yacht" as that is what I wanted - comfort. So they call and say there are "mechanical issues" and can they put me on this boat. I say "okay" not know the layout of the boat. If you are an older person and NOT going to be snorkeling, do not do this. There is very little seating down below so your are forced to either bring your food to the deck or eat standing up. Since I wasn't there to snorkle (I am a master diver and have done more dives than 5x the number of people on the boat and have dove Molokini multiple times) and just wanted a 5 hour boat ride, the seating was NOT conducive to comfort. In hindsight, I should have just cancelled and this was a BUST for me. ps - I tell it like it is if you check out my other reviews. I am known for being honest and don't do bad review unless warranted.

Buyer beware on Catamaran advertisement. - Advertising as a catamaran, in all actuality a ferry. Made the best of it and had a fun day, but certainly wasnt expecting the crowds that come with a massive ferry.
