Surprise a friend! - We were coming to Maui to get married, and flew in our friend and priest whose flight landed before ours. Surprising him with this gift was the perfect start to the trip! He was beaming when our flight landed a little while later.

Lei - Wanted a fresh lei on arrival as some hotels are hit or miss on whether they do it, so wanted to surprise my wife with the lei greeting. Beautiful fresh lei, and the greeter was very nice and offered to take photos for us. Would recommend.

First time to Maui - This was an our granddaughter’s first trip to Maui and I felt she needed the whole experience. The lei was beautiful and more than what we expected. The greeter was great and took the time to allow us to take all the pictures we wanted. Overall it was a great experience.

Too expensive, can get Lei cheaper at baggage claim - Initially thought this would be a cool experience for my family and it was. However, the thing that disappointed me was I paid 50 dollars per Lei, so 250 for 5 people. I realize it my coat extra since there is a person that greets us and gives us the Lei. But when we got to baggage claim, another local person had a stand inside and was selling the exact same fresh Lei for 15dollars each. I recommend people save their money and just buy a Lei ar baggage claim

Lei Greeting in Maui - Literally took all of 30 seconds - my name was on a sign and then we got lei’d. The greeter took our photo and then left. If you really want leis, better to purchase from the coolers on your own - much cheaper!

Not worth the money - You can stop at Walmart a quarter of a mile away and buy the same type of lei for around $15.00. There was really no special greeting. Just a hello, you can have the paper, and luggage claim is that way. Not worth $45.00

Disappointing execution - Celebrating our parents 50th anniversary, we wanted something special, this was not it. The girl lei’d the wrong people (clearly missed the 70+ year olds celebrating 50 years of marriage) with no apology, handed them the sign with their names and then walked away. The whole interaction was less than a minute. Very disappointing for the $95 price point. Especially knowing that in baggage claim there are the same leis for $15.
