Educational and enjoyable morning! - Our family of 4, including two teens ages 14 and 17, spent the morning with Smita and Andre touring their farm. It was such a treat to visit their beautiful property, and to learn about regenerative farming, companion planting, and to sample their delicious fruit. In addition to mango, papaya and bananas, we tried several new-to-us fruits: Surinam and Panamanian cherries for example. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and were glad for the opportunity to experience a different side of life in Maui.

The information shared on... - The information shared on this tour is from the property owner’s personal experience. It was great to understand how to manage a farm naturally. The view from the property is awesome. Mangoes were very tasty.

Beautiful sustainable farm and great hosts. - We met with Andre and his lovely wife at our reserved time. After a wonderful fresh organic refreshment we started the tour. Andre went into great detail displaying his sustainable farm. We were able to taste several types of fruit directly from the plants, not all were in season. Overall the experience was very pleasant. It felt like meeting with good friends. I would definitely recommend. Ray and Ana

Must visit! Amazing mangos - Wow, what an amazing experience! Prior to this tour, I had no idea about how mango farming worked, let alone how many varieties there are! The hospitality that we were treated with was unmatched, and we all had a wonderful time on the tour. Not to mention the delicious fresh farmed fruit we got to enjoy at the end of the tour! Thank you Smita and Andre for an amazing experience! We will definitely be coming back during mango season.

Something for everyone! - When vacationing in tropical destinations such as Maui, it is rare to find an activity that can capture the interests and abilities of all ages of family members. This tour was the perfect blend of the science of regenerative farming (with techniques curated from around the world), true Maui aloha, and a tasting experience kids and parents all enjoyed. But it also revealed itself to be an unexpected "happy place" for my 87 year old mother, with the sights, smells, and tastes transporting her back to her homeland of India. Her stories continued the whole way home! Something for everyone young or old - definitely a way to bring generations together in this unique shared experience. Thank you, Smita!

Excellent activity for families. - This tour was one if our family’s favorite activities during our trip to Maui. The tour was so informative- who knew there was so much to learn about mangoes! The farm also has a bunch kf other fruits - some of which we got to taste. Even our kids loved it. The view was amazing and we got such a great family photo at sunset.

AMAZING TOUR - HAD such an amazing tour. Sonformative and fun, as I learned so much about regenerative farming practices and how they contribute to the health of the land and the quality of the mangos. The mangos themselves were absolutely delicious—sweet, juicy, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in sustainable farming and tasting some of the best mangos in Hawaii!

Such a wonderful tour - What a fantastic and educational tour. We learned so much! The property is so beautiful. Wish it had been mango season but we were still able to sample. The kitten was a definite perk. Even my teenagers were focused and enjoyed learning!

Simply one of the best ways to learn about Mangoes, Fruits and farming on the island, with stunning views and kind hosts - One of the best experiences we will come away with from our vacation with a family of 12 is the visit to Maui Mango Mala. The combination of hospitality, location with stunning views and ability to provide something engaging for any age, made the whole morning memorable, not to mention extremely delicious and informative. At the end we even played an educational card game (designed by one of the owners) that taught us in a playful way all that we had learned by walking (and tasting ourselves) through the farm, which has so many more fruits than simply Mangoes (28 different Mango kinds, btw!). Thank you Smita and Andre for your kindness and warmth. We sure hope more people will enjoy this special place on our favorite island.
