Great alternative to a luau - Beautifully done, highly talented hula show. My husband and I wanted to go to a hula show that was more intimate and less expensive. Some of the reviews talk about the length of the show, I thought it was perfect! Personally I liked the live music before and after the dancing. The dances were beautiful and I could listen to the voices of the musicians all day. Appreciate that the food trucks are there so you can get food if you want. For food and 2 tickets we spent around $250, which is about half what we would have spent at a luau. The garden setting is lovely (though there's not much of a breeze in the gardens so it was very hot the night we went). Definitely recommend this show if you're not looking to do a whole luau.

Relaxing, authentic, fun, and affordable! - This hula show was fantastic; amazing dancers and musicians, interesting historical background, and fun audience participation. The laid-back picnic atmosphere, food truck fare, and shorter length were perfect for our 3 1/2 year old. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful relaxing educational and fun evening; mahalo! - We weren't sure what to expect going into this; however, we had an absolute blast. The pre-show is quiet and chill while you get settled and giggle at the roaming chickens and enjoy some seriously good guitar and vocals and a little bit of a taste of what's to come. Then the show starts and everyone is having a blast. My 14 yo son was a little shocked by what the men wear (while I was laughing, it's totally tame), but then both my boys got really into it, even trying out the Hula themselves. :) Thank you so much for a wonderful evening out with my two kids. You definitely helped us round out our trip. :)

Awesome - An amazing performance that taught me a lot about Polynesia! Great for the price. Many delicious food truck options. Beautiful talented voices and wonderful dancing. However, they almost didn’t let us in because I purchased through this website and they couldn’t find my name. I’d purchase through South Maui gardens directly.

Great show! - The dancers were fantastic! It was great having all the food trucks to choose from for dinner. It was a nice, casual experience. (Unfortunately, I saw several people wander in from the food truck area who did not pay the entrance fee for the show.)

Beautiful Hula Performers - The performers were fantastic! What could have been better was if there were more overhead cover from the rain. Selection of food trucks and garden area were really nice!

Bad hula show - Show wasn’t what we expect. Boring all the way. Two guys sang for 30 minutes and the took 15 minutes break. Dancers were practically just 30 minutes between acts. Host just kept talking and trying to keep us awake. The last 10 minute were just average show. I should ask for my lineup back.
