Wonderful charter for family - One of the best things we did as a family on Maui - Captain Manu and Captain Marina were fantastic. Snorkeling and views of Maui from the water were wonderful. Kids 2, 8 and 9 had an amazing adventure. Highly recommend for some family fun.

Awesome fun on the water - Awesome crew we had a blast! The boat is awesome brand new and beautiful. They made if very specials meteorites for us would highly recommend using them. We almost went with another company very glad we went with these guys. Gratzi and little Joe sends a Shaka

Just book it! - We had an amazing experience! The staff is top notch and was very helpful for all of our needs. The light snack was delicious with fresh fruit and a fantastic salad. We saw a ton of fish at our first site and more sea turtles than we could count at our dive site. It was a great trip and I would definitely recommend booking a trip!!

Amazing time on Sea Monkey! - We had the best time on our private charter with Sea Monkey! Captain Michelle and captain Marina were super knowledgeable, professional and fun!!! The boat is extremely comfortable and spacious, the food was delicious and service impeccable. We would give 10 stars if we could!

Want to enjoy a day at sea? - rich and manu were great hosts… knowledgeable about Maui, local culture and the sea life. Food and service was 5 star! We had a great day!

AMAZING TOUR! - We had the most amazing time snorkeling and whale watching!! 5 stars all around for this trip. Sam and Brian were awesome! They let our group choose to chase whales within a safe distance and snorkel with some wonderful views! We saw a shark, turtles, tons of fish and so many whales it was a lifetime experience to say the least! Thank you guys for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable!!

Fabulous Whale Watching Experience - We had a wonderful time aboard the Sea Monkey. We went on a two hour private Sunset Whale Watching trip and saw many whales. The captain took us to an area where we were the only boat and the whales were amazing. The crew was wonderful. This was the highlight of our trip.

A whale of a time!! - We had so much fun on our tour. We were lucky to be up close and personally with multiple whales, and Justin and Chad were super friendly and knowledgeable. We did a three hour tour which was plenty of time for whale watching, snorkeling and a delicious lunch- but we could have spent all day out on that beautiful water! This was an amazing (and safe!) experience, and we all learned new things about whales and the Hawaiian islands. If we are lucky to return to Maui, we will absolutely book again!

Amazing Experience with Blue Water Maui - We absolutely loved our time with Hollis and Brian! They showed us 2 wonderful snorkeling spots on our adventure, plus taking time to find some dolphins along the way. They made sure we all saw the best of the wildlife that was available. The food we had was awesome too, everyone wanted seconds of the macaroni salad. If you have a bigger group, I highly recommend a private charter, it was great to have just our group on the boat.

Blamed the customer, spent $6k - I had never been to Maui and love the water, So when we booked a private chartered boat I was so excited!What could have been an incredible experience has turned into a lack luster memory with an unparalleled level of unprofessionalism namely from someone who answers the phone, Karen (not joking). We were taken out and asked where we wanted to go since none of us had been there we went with where they took us. We played music and the captain and first mate, Manu (Mon-u) danced around and Manu started filming us and taking pictures saying he would send them to us and provided his IG handle. One of the people in our party messaged him that day, but we didn't get any pictures or video. The next day we were at the golf course and Manu recognized us and drove over in a cart and said, I owe you pictures I'll send them! It's been over a week and nothing. When we called to talk to management or the owner, we were met with a degree of rudeness I have never experienced by someone who answered the phone, Karen. She said it's against company policy to take pictures of guests and Manu didn't know that and that we should have waited for him at the golf course and that he supposedly 'deleted' all pictures and video. So...It's our fault we were told by employees they would take video and pictures and we don't need to and we should wait for him after golf? We asked to speak to the owner and was told no this is on us and Karen hung up on us. A private chartered boat is expensive and we now have no video or pictures because their employee kept them only for us to be blamed for their lack of education to their employees. In addition to being told we have nothing to complain about. Not only did the captain (female) and first mate (male) Manu both leave the boat and dance together and hold hands (professional), we were told by Karen she was told we danced and were drinking and have nothing to complain about. Karen has truly lived up to the hype of her name. I can't imagine the owner, Micah is okay with this behavior of breaking policy, blaming the customers, and an employee hanging up on someone that spent $6k. I'm Hawaiian and this breaks my heart this is how this all went, when it could have been a great memory. All this when all we wanted was the pictures and video that was taken of us. #trulybummed
