Great instructors!! - These guys were amazing!!! So friendly and set up really well for a successful lesson. They did an amazing job with our 9 year old to keep her safe and get her surfing! I highly recommend these guys if you want to learn to surf and stand on your board in the first lesson!!!

Surfing Adventure! A++++++ - Goofy foot surf school was fantastic for my two kids, my wife, and I. They took us to the perfect location for an enjoyable surfing session. All four of us caught multiple waves, and our two instructors were amazing. Thank you Fabio and Kelani! I would definitely recommend this company for your family. Mahalo Goofy Foot!

Great surfing experience… - Our family has surfed before…but the surf instructor “Pau” (the Spaniard Surfer) made all the difference! So impressed! Instructions were clear, simple and perfect….he read the waves and knew exactly where to be and when….he made sure everyone got up as many times as we wanted…and continued to instruct and encourage like a pro! Honestly it was one of highlights of Maui! A must do ;)

We LOVE Goofy Foot!!! - Goofy Foot Surf School is amazing!!! They were very responsive and communicative leading up to and after our lesson. They even provided a photographer, Gabriel, to capture photos during our lesson if we were interested! His fees were reasonable and we got a ton of great action shots and could just enjoy watching our kids surf. Our 3 kids, ages 10, 13 and 16, had a blast! This was their first time ever surfing and they all got up on their boards numerous times and had such a fun positive experience. Their instructor Kailani was incredible! His enthusiasm and love of the sport is infectious. A brief lesson/intro on land and he had them in the water on their boards. Not a moment was wasted. He even let them stay out a few minutes longer to end on a high note, each catching one last wave. He was very patient and encouraging, especially with my 10 yr old, helping her catch her waves and was by her side the entire time while still giving my 2 older boys his guidance and expertise. I felt they were very safe in his care and the surf location was ideal for beginners. My husband and I couldn't have been more impressed. We highly recommend Goofy Foot Surf School. If you have kids, you can't go wrong. Watching all 3 of our kids having fun and learning a new skill together was by far one of our most memorable and favorite parts of our trip. It's rare that all 3 agree on anything but hands down they all say this was amazing and they want to do it again! We will definitely be back on our next trip! Mahalo Goofy Foot!

Amazing surfing experience - The instructors were fabulous. Everyone in our group ages 10 to 50 got up on their Board. It was a fantastic activity and absolutely a highlight of our 2 weeks on Maui.

Fantastic group and fun experience! - Our kids had a great time learning to surf with Fábio and his team. They were all so patient and attentive to our kids, making sure everyone got up on their board. They had a blast and I would highly recommend surfing with Goofy Foot!!

Fun, Successful Goofy Foot surfing - Took a surf lesson 4/23/24 with Goofy Foot and got up right away. I had a blast. Mario explained how to surf and how to be safe. He was out there with me the entire time, coaching me and being a nice person, super encouraging . I was lucky in that my group lesson was only me and no extra cost. It was fun and a new experience. Goofy foot surf school used to be housed in Lahaina and is now gonel. Please consider them when in Maui. They still exist and are the best. Mahalo to Fabio the owner and my Couch, Mario!

Surfing in Maui - The waves were perfect for learning. The staff was very attentive and provided valuable feedback. The amount of time was appropriate. More than that would have been tiring

2 thumbs up for Goofy Foot - Goofy Foot is the best! Fabio and his team of surf experts were beyond professional, encouraging and most importantly FUN!!! Our daughter was up on her board within the first half hour of the lesson. I highly recommend Goofy Foot! Don’t look any further. They truly are the best!
